Indictment: Nashua Man Threatened to Cut Mother 'to Pieces' With Knife

Plus, Mass. man indicted on vandalism, theft charges, habitual offender indicted, and Hudson man incident on drug charges.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

Chavez Champagne, 34, of Pinewood Road in Methuen, MA, for criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. At a home in Nashua, on April 1, 2015, he allegedly damaged a 52-inch Sanyo television, picture frames, and other items, and stole a Movado wristwatch and a gold bracelet.

Alexander Collier, 23, of Edward Roy Drive in Manchester, for felony habitual offender after allegedly driving on West Hollis Street in Nashua on July 30, 2015.

Marguerite Conley, 33, of Bartlett Avenue in Belmont, for possession of a narcotic drug (oxycodone) and possession of a controlled drug (alprazolam), both felonies, in Nashua on April 21, 2015.

Bryan Connolly, 26, of Taunton Lane in Hudson, for two counts of possession of a narcotic drug (heroin and cocaine) and possession of a controlled drug (suboxone), all felonies, on June 15, 2015, in Nashua.

Devin Coutu, 21, of High Pine Avenue in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin) on June 25, 2015, in Nashua.

Paul D. Dinoto, 53, of Willow Street in Manchester, on three counts of sale of controlled drug, subsequent. On Feb. 3, Feb. 12, and Feb. 19, 2015, he allegedly sold crack cocaine in Nashua. Dinoto was previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Lawrence District Court in August 2000.

Cheryl Donlon, 55, no fixed address, previously in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (amphetamine) on May 19, 2015, in Nashua. According to police, she was allegedly in possession of four pills in her motor vehicle.

Keven Elliot, 23, of Friar Tuck Lane in Nashua, for two felony counts of criminal threatening-domestic violence on June 11, 2015, in Nashua. He allegedly stated “I am going to get a knife” to a woman and then re-emerged with a knife in his hand and chased the woman.

Joseph N. Fuller, 38, of North Seventh Street in Nashua, for felony domestic violence. On June 15, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly terrorized his mother with a knife “while saying words to the effect of he would ‘cut her to pieces,’” according to the indictment.

Adam Gautreau, 31, of Hubbard Hill Road in Greenville, for second-degree assault, a felony, on June 22, 2015, in Greenville allegedly involving an assault against a man the ended in a displaced fracture on the man’s knee.

William Geffe, 42, of Farley Road in Hollis, for endangering the welfare of a child under 18. Sometime during the month of November 2013, in New Ipswich, he allegedly “purposely violated a duty of care he owed to a child when engaged in conduct that endangered her health by chatting with her online,” according to the indictment.

Michael Georgoulis, 22, of Theodore Avenue in Pelham, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing 31 fishing lures, valued at more than $1,500, from a relative on April 29, 2015, in Pelham.

Peter Gomez, 18, of Chandler Street in Nashua, for three counts of felony sale of controlled drug (marijuana). On May 4, May 26, and June 15, 2015, he allegedly sold marijuana in Nashua.

Richard Gurley, 20, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On June 10, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly stole merchandise from Kohl’s. He was previous convicted of theft and receiving stolen property in Nashua District Court in December 2012.

Kyle Haggerty, 21, of Cobblestone Place in Merrimack, for sale of a controlled drug (marijuana), a felony. On Aug. 13, 2014, in Merrimack, he alleged sold the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Merrimack Police Department.

Ryan Haggerty, 30, of Milford Street in Amherst, for felony possession of a narcotic (suboxone) on June 5, 2015, in Nashua.
