Alleged Drug Dealers, False Impersonator Indicted: Roundup
Nashua man indicted in stolen car, bike case, Ohio man allegedly raped intoxicated woman, New Ipswich man indicted for firearm incident.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Shawn Ganley, 36, pictured upper right, incarcerated, for second-degree assault, domestic violence-second degree assault, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, all felonies. On April 25, 2016, he allegedly struck a male family member in the head with a baton in Nashua.

Jay Gladstone, 58, pictured upper center, incarcerated, for possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, a felony, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested on May 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Darrel Gibson, 51, of Old Winston Road in New Ipswich, for reckless conduct-deadly weapon, a felony, for allegedly pointing a firearm at a vehicle in Mason on March 13, 2016.

Dale Gould, 46, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for two counts of witness tampering and false impersonation, all felonies. On April 10, April 27, and May 21, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly pretended to be a police officer and begged a woman not to get him in “any more trouble.”
Jacqueline Henriquez, 43, pictured middle left, of Cherry Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-marijuana on March 4, 2016, in Nashua. She was previously convicted of possession in November 1997 in Salem District Court.
Devon Houde, 20, pictured upper left, of Pollard Road in Lincoln, for felony certain use of computer services. On Dec. 27, 2015, while in Nashua, he allegedly solicited a girl on Facebook to commit the act of indecent exposure or lewdness.
William James, 32, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for felony tampering with witnesses and informants on June 28, 2016, in Hudson. He allegedly told the woman that they could only be together if she dropped the charges.
Chad Landry, 32, pictured lower left, of Canal Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of receiving stolen property ($1,501+) on April 18, 2016, in Nashua, allegedly involving a Kia vehicle and a bicycle.
John Leduc, 26, of Plum Street in Piqua, OH, for four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. On Oct. 25, 2015, in Temple, he allegedly raped and sodomized a woman that was physically helpless and unable to resist due to intoxication.
Vera Logan, 27, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl on April 14, 2016, in Nashua.
