Alleged Armed Concord Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup
Franklin habitual offender indicted, Loudon men indicted on drug charges, Hooksett man indicted for stalking, threatening man with knives.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michael Wendell, 21, of Hooksett, currently incarcerated, for two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, felonies, as well as stalking-domestic violence, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail. On June 3, 2016, in Hooksett, he allegedly violated a protective order against a man he was previously intimate with, damaged a refrigerator, pointed knives at the man, and threatened him.

Naomi Adams, 35, of Central Street in Franklin, for felony driving while a habitual offender and disobeying a police officer. She was allegedly driving on Summer Street in Northfield on April 27, 2016, and gave a police sergeant a false name and birth date.
David Austin, 21, of School Street in Loudon, for two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, Alprazolam, and possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, all felonies, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on March 22, 2016, in Concord.

Victoria Avery, 27, of Concord, currently incarcerated, for three counts of felon in possession, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, methamphetamine. On Sept. 10, in Bow, she was allegedly in possession of the drugs and knives on South Street in Bow. Avery was convicted of forgery in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2015.
Randy Barton, 47, of Clough Hill Road in Loudon, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug-methamphetamine on March 1, and March 2, 2016, in the parking lot of Home Depot in Concord.
Jean Beaulieu, 45, of Brodeur Street in Concord, for felony accomplice to theft by deception. In January 2015, he allegedly worked in concert with Rebecca Maines to return stolen merchandise at Walmart for a gift card. Beaulieu was convicted of forgery in September 2010 in Rockingham Superior Court and theft by deception in October 2009 in Strafford County Superior Court.
Nathan Bell, 24, of Academy Street in Rochester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on March 30, 2015, on Green Street.
