Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted in Hillsborough County: Roundup

Nashua man indicted on numerous assault charges, 2 from NY indicted for alleged Abercrombie thefts, alleged GoFundMe scammer indicted, too.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Sebastian Fandino, 22, of Queens, NY, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, and Juliana Gonzalez, both pictured lower center, 23, of 120 Street in Flushing, NY, for felony receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking (less than $1,000). On Jan. 20, 2017, in Nashua, they allegedly worked in concert to reportedly retain control of more than $1,500 worth of merchandise as well as stole less than $1,000 worth of cologne from Abercrombie and Fitch.

Angel Encarnacion, 31, pictured upper right, of Charles Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, a felony, and possession of a prescription drug-Gabapentin without a valid prescription allegedly on Jan. 27, 2017, in Nashua.

Jonathan Felch, 35, pictured center right, of Green Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+) for allegedly obtaining control of a hydraulic pipe cutter sometime between Dec. 15, and Dec. 16, 2016, in Nashua.

Krystal Gentley, 28, pictured lower left, of Lovell Street in Nashua, for felony theft by deception ($1,501+) for allegedly raising money via a GoFundMe.com site for funeral expenses for Tabitha Fauteux but then using the money for personal expenses between Nov. 7, and Nov. 24, 2015, in Nashua.

Samantha Gervais, 24, pictured upper center, of Dugout Road in Hudson, for robbery and burglary, both felonies, for allegedly entering a home on Hobbs Avenue in Nashua and committing theft while using force on Jan. 30, 2017.

Joseph Girouard, 26, pictured lower right, with no fixed address, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine-subsequent alleged on Feb. 6, 2017, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in January 2017, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Curtis Gomez, 30, pictured upper left, of Pine Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of domestic violence-second-degree assault as well as three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, three counts of domestic violence, and theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 7, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly covered a woman’s month and nose with his hands, struck her repeatedly, and stole her cellphone. She was reportedly an intimate partner.

Jose Gonzalez, 24, pictured center left, of Acton Street in Nashua, but incarcerated at the time of the arrest, for sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, cocaine, with intent to distribute, drug enterprise leader, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, all felonies. Madelyn Garcia, 21, pictured center, of Acton Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Sept. 2, 2016, in Nashua. Gonzalez’s charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 31, Sept. 7, and Nov. 23, 2016, in Nashua. He allegedly knowingly conspired with Garcia as an organizer of the drug enterprise, according to the indictment. Previously, according to the indictment, Gonzalez was convicted of criminal use of drug paraphernalia in September 2013, in Oneonta City NH Court, and criminal possession of a weapon-second-degree in Bronx County Supreme Court in April 2012.
