Alleged Drug Dealers, Thieves Indicted: Roundup

Nashua man indicted for robbing men in Merrimack, Florida woman indicted for forgery and ID fraud, and Hudson man indicted for stealing TVs.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Luis Capo-Nieves, 32, of Pearl Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, a felony, allegedly on July 1, 2016, in Nashua.

Taylor Cahill, 26, of Ash Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two previous convictions, for allegedly stealing a computer tablet on July 24, 2016, at Shaw’s in Nashua. Cahill was previously convicted for theft in May 2014 in Nashua District Court and April 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Shawn Cadieux, 32, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for driving under the influence, possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, and resisting arrest or detention, allegedly on June 7, 2016, after a traffic stop in a Ford Ranger on Main Street in Nashua.

David Carrero, 20, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, allegedly in November 2015 in Nashua.

John Chagnon, 50, of Primrose Street in Haverhill, MA, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, Amphetamine, on April 28, 2016, in Nashua.

Anthony Clark, 20, of East Hollis Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony robbery and resisting arrest or detention. On July 8, 2016, in Merrimack, he allegedly worked in concert with another person to threaten and rob two men.

Scott Colliers, 34, of Louise Drive in Hudson, for felony conspiracy to theft. He allegedly worked with Joshua Lyonnais to steal two 65-inch Samsung televisions and two Samsung sound systems, valued at more than $1,500, from BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua.

Susana Colon, 50, of SE 1st in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for identity fraud, theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), and forgery, all felonies. On March 16, 2016, in Hudson, she allegedly drew more than $4,800 from bank accounts own by other people.
