Alleged Fentanyl, Crack, and Pot Dealers, as Well as Others, Indicted: Roundup
Nurse indicted for stealing jewelry from Merrimack vet, alleged Nashua welfare fraudster indicted, and Florida man indicted for child rape.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Damien Santos, 30, of Ledge Street in Nashua, for sale of a narcotic drug and sale of a counterfeit drug, both felonies. On May 5, 2016, he allegedly sold fentanyl – and said it was heroin – to a cooperating individual of the Nashua Police Department.

Karl Saunders, 33, of Yarmouth Drive in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic/controlled drug-fentanyl, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl, Oxycodone, and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, all felonies, as well as two counts each of simple assault and resisting arrest. On May 16, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of fentanyl in Nashua. On June 10, 2016, he allegedly sold the drugs and assaulted two police officers in Nashua.
Angela M. Semons, 37, of Main Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on June 8, 2016, in Nashua.

Michelle Smith, 36, of Westford Road in Tyngsborough, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent, allegedly on May 5, 2016. She was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Michelle Theberge, 45, of Perry Avenue in Nashua, for felony welfare fraud. In December 2012, she allegedly intentionally made false statements to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services in order to obtain public assistance benefits – stating that her husband didn’t live with her when he did – in excess of $3,000.
Charlotte Torres, 25, of Greeley Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+) and receiving stolen property ($1,501+). In March 2016, she allegedly took control of more than $1,500 worth of jewelry from a Merrimack resident.
Kevin Walker, 22, of North Firwood Circle in Dunnellon, FL, for four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault allegedly against a child under 13. The acts allegedly occurred between February 2013 and June 2014, according to the indictment.
Deborah Walsh, 59, of Winrow Drive in Merrimack, for felony financial exploitation of the elderly, disabled, or impaired adult, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer ($1,501+). Between April 2012 and September 2015, she allegedly took personal property funds from a Hudson resident.
Janelle Warren, 20, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of marijuana, which allegedly occurred in October and November 2015 in Nashua.
Gaje Woodside, 23, of Sawyer Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-marijuana. On May 24, 2016, he allegedly in possession of 5 lbs. of marijuana in Nashua.
Claire Wrenn, 48, of Greenwood Avenue in Manchester, for felony theft by deception ($1,501+). Between February December 2015, she allegedly obtained funds by writing checks on the account of Reliable Asset Recovery in Nashua for her own benefit.
