Alleged Gun Shop Burglar, Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Court: Alleged Nashua knife assaulter indicted and Amherst woman indicted for stealing $20K in merchandise from sports store.

NASHUA, NH – The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Danielle Hagan, 19, of Robinson Road in Hudson, for burglary, attempted burglary, and two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, all felonies. On March 5, 2016, in Merrimack, she, along with Dennis Martinez and Jonathan Flynn, allegedly attempted to burglarized Merrimack Firearms. On March 6, they allegedly burglarized the Mammoth Convenience store in Pelham.

Kathleen Hale, 54, of Railroad Square in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing more than $1,000 but less than $1,500 worth of jewelry from Kohl’s on Dec. 28, 2016, in Nashua.

Jeffrey Hardy, 28, with a last known address of Heon Court in Nashua, for five felony counts of sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, fentanyl. On Oct. 29, 2015, and Jan. 21, Jan. 25, Jan. 27, Feb. 1, 2016, he allegedly sold the drugs in Nashua.

Geraldo Hernandez, 40, of Lilly Avenue in Lowell, MA, for three counts of felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl from March 8, 2016, in Pelham.

Dennis Higgins Sr., 50, incarcerated, for felony burglary. On April 21, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly burglarized a residence on Brook Street and pushed a woman down a flight of stairs causing her head, back, and arm injuries.

William James, 32, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for felony habitual offender after allegedly driving on Feb. 18, 2016, on Melendy Road in Hudson.

Carol Koehler, 49, of Ponemah Road in Amherst, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between September 2015 and February 2016, she allegedly stole more than $20,000 worth of items from Sports Authority in Nashua.

Samantha Kulingoski, 28, of Goman Avenue in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault. She allegedly waved a kitchen knife at a person’s face, cutting their cheek, on Feb. 2016, in Nashua.

Corey Lemieux, 27, of Nashua Road in Pelham, for felony change of registration information; duty to inform. In August 2015, he allegedly failed to notify the Pelham Police Department. He was convicted of felonious sexual assault in 2009 in Rockingham Superior Court.

Justin Leonard, 26, of Nashua, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving in Lewis Street in Nashua on March 19, 2016.

Joshua LePage, 24, of Range Road in Windham, for felony second-degree assault. On Feb. 12, 2016, he allegedly strangled a woman he was an intimate partner with in Merrimack.
