Alleged Milford Stalker, Assaulter Arrested In Merrimack

MERRIMACK, NH — A domestic disturbance at a local hotel led to charges against a Milford man in Merrimack, according to police. Tanner Ricciardi, 27, was arrested on April 18, 2019, and charged with stalking, criminal mischief, and domestic violence. At around 5 a.m. this morning, officers were sent to the Woodspring Suites for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress.

When they arrived, officers investigated the incident and found that a suspect – Ricciardi – had left the scene. During the investigation, police learned that he allegedly assaulted a woman and damaged her property during an altercation. Police also learned that Ricciardi had a criminal bail order out of Milford District Court prohibiting him from having contact with the woman.

Ricciardi was arrested by Merrimack Police at the Hillsborough County Superior Court where he was scheduled to appear on an unrelated matter. He was held without bail due to the stalking charge.

Ricciardi is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

During the past few years, according to posts on Patch, Ricciardi has been arrested and indicted on a number of charges including theft, intent to sell heroin, possession, unlicensed operation, giving a false name to an officer, stolen motor vehicle, disobeying a police officer, and operating after suspension.
