Two Indicted on Heroin Charges in Merrimack
Plus, teen charged with stalking, Hudson woman faces cocaine sales charge, and California woman indicted for credit card fraud.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court indicted the following individuals recently:
Ashley Leyton, 22, of Tobias Drive in Chula Vista, CA, on felony fraudulent use of a credit card for allegedly obtaining more than $1,000 in gift cards with another person’s debit card at Target in Nashua on Oct. 17, 2013.
James MacDonald, 18, incarcerated in Manchester, for two counts of felony stalking for allegedly communicating with another person he was not supposed to communicate with on Oct. 25, 2014, in Nashua.

Joseph Martinez, 17, of Dale Street in Nashua, for first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies, for allegedly punching a person, causing two jaw fractures on Sept. 27, 2014, in Nashua.
Craig Massua, 29, incarcerated in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin). Steven Massua, 25, incarcerated in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) for allegedly selling fentanyl to a cooperating officer on Sept. 24, 2014, in Merrimack.

Ryan Masterson, 28, of Gillis Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (cocaine), possession of a controlled drug (marijuana), and criminal trespass on Sept. 27, 2014. He allegedly entered Peddler’s Daughter in Nashua without permission.
Kelly McGrade, 35, of Padget Drive in Hudson, for felony sale of a controlled drug ($100 worth of cocaine) on Aug. 4, 2014, in Nashua, allegedly to a confidential informant.
Amanda Miller, 23, of North River Road in Milford, and Tanner Ricciardi, 23, of Beech Hill Road in Mont Vernon, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. They allegedly acted in concert to take control of a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta from Milford on July 11, 2014, and drive in to Massachusetts.
Charles Normil, 34, of Cedar Junction in Walpole, MA, for felony falsifying physical evidence. On Nov. 24, 2012, in Milford, he allegedly acted in concert with and aided by another, believing that an official investigation was about to be instituted regarding a burglary in Bedford, with the purpose of impairing the investigation by concealing various items of clothing by throwing them in the water.
Mitchell Oliver, 23, of Riverside Street in Lowell, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug (detroamphetamine) and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) on Sept. 26, 2014, in Nashua.
Carlos Perez, 25, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for two counts of second-degree assault and witness tampering, both felonies, as well as criminal trespass, four counts of simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal mischief, and stalking after alleged incidents against his ex-girlfriend in September 2014 in Nashua, including allegedly choking her, striking her in the face, shoulder, and head, taking her cellphone and kicking a wall.
Thomas Pettiglio, 47, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, and Erica Ritchie, 32, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking in 2014 in Nashua for allegedly removing televisions from the Radisson Hotel.
Virginia Quijano, 37, of Cedar Street in Manchester, for possession of Clonazapam on Nov. 4, 2014, on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua.
Jacob Riggan, 32, of Lovewell Street in Nashua, for felony certain uses of computer services prohibited on Aug. 1, 2014, in Nashua, when he allegedly attempted to entice a child under 18 on Facebook to have sex.
Ernesto Rivera, 49, incarcerated in Manchester, for three counts of felony conspiracy: witness tampering in 2014 in Nashua allegedly attempting to get another person to assist in getting a woman to recant her statement.
Jessica L. Sederquest, 34, of Ridge Road in Deerfield, for three counts of criminal liability to theft by unauthorized taking, two of them felonies, at Staples in Nashua on Sept. 26, 2013, and on Aug. 25, 2013, at the Verizon Wireless store in Nashua, while Eric Sederquest allegedly attempted to steal cellphones.
Alexandro Socorro-Silverio, 41, incarcerated in Manchester, for two felony counts of possession with intent to dispense (crack cocaine) on Sept. 25, 2014, in Nashua.
Shirley Stanley, 56, of Royal Crest Drive in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (Alprazolam) on Sept. 19, 2014, in Hudson.
Justin M. Sullivan, 35, incarcerated in Manchester, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug (cocaine) on Aug. 13, 2014, in Nashua.
Tanya Yablonsky, 34, of Third Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony sale of a controlled drug (Alprazolam) in August 2014 in Nashua.
