Alleged NH Heroin Dealer Indicted
Plus, alleged Canadian murderers indicted, Mass. man allegedly stole tools, and two indicted for felony rioting.

The following people were indicted in August 2015:
Juan Adorno, 33, incarcerated, was indicted on three felony sale of narcotic drug charges. Police allege that he sold heroin on Feb. 11, Feb. 17, and Feb. 19, 2015, in Nashua.
Jonathan Alberto, 27, of High Plain Avenue in Andover, MA, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking. In April 15, 2015, he allegedly stole $1,500 worth of merchandise, tools, from Sears in Nashua, and on May 18, 2015, he allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise, tools, from Lowes in Nashua.

Nigel Almonte, 22, of Buck Street in Nashua, and Raynel Bayne, 20, of Allds Street in Nashua, for riot, a felony charge. On April 26, in Nashua, they allegedly and purposely assembled two or more people with the purpose of engaging in tumultuous or violent conduct in the form of a physical confrontation with a group of individuals.

George Bally, 60, incarcerated, on two felony reckless conduct charges. On March 16, 2015, he allegedly put another person in danger by driving a motor vehicle the wrong way at a high rate of speed on a Nashua Street and also drove into a Nashua Police Department cruiser.
Anthony Barnaby, 48, of Quebec, Canada, and David Caplin, 42, of Quebec, Canada, on two first-degree and two second-degree murder charges, all felonies, for allegedly stabbing Charlene Ranstrom and Brenda Warner in 1988.
Nathaniel Bennett, 21, of Route 45 in Temple, for sale of a narcotic drug, possession with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug, and possession of a controlled drug for allegedly selling cocaine on April 30, 2015, in New Ipswich, and being in possession of crack, marijuana, suboxone, and heroin.
Brian Bjornson, 25, incarcerated, on four counts of felony forgery. On Sept. 17, Sept. 18, Sept. 22, and Sept. 23, 2014, he allegedly defrauded a relative from Merrimack of $650 from the People’s United Bank.
Kelly Blackwelder, 29, of Wyndmere Drive in Londonderry, for felony possession of a controlled drug. On Jun 4, 2015, in Hudson, she allegedly possessed clonazepam and tramadol pills in her vehicle.
Victoria Boucher, 32, no fixed address, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense. On May 15, 2015, in Nashua, she was allegedly in possession of heroin. She was convicted of possession in June 2010.
Devon Bowes, no fixed address, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense. On May 18, 2015, he was allegedly in possession of heroin and fentanyl after being convicted in March 2015 of controlled drug: acts prohibited.
Kevin Burgos-Santiago, 27, of Allds Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense. On May 15, 2015, he was allegedly in possession of heroin. He was convicted of a sale of a controlled drug in October 2010.
