Alleged Teen Rapist, Others Indicted in Superior Court
Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers, alleged Merrimack fraudsters, and a reported Hancock strangler also all indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
William Oakes, 35, of Bay Street in Hudson, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl/heroin and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Sept. 15, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly hid drugs in his sock in an effort to impair the investigation.

Joseph Parent, 36, pictured lower center, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-heroin and sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, allegedly in April 2016, in Nashua.
Johnny Reyes, 21, pictured lower left, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, Suboxone, and possession with intent to distribute-heroin, all felonies, allegedly in September 2016, in Nashua.

Angel Santana, 28, pictured upper right, of New Haven Avenue in Far Rockaway, NY, for receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card, both felonies. On Sept. 25, 2016, in Merrimack, he allegedly used another person’s credit card to purchase more than $1,500 worth of merchandise and gift cards from the Puma and Nike outlets.
Suzanne Savignano, 32, of Wilson Street in Manchester, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl, allegedly in September 2016 in Nashua.
Aaron Smith, 25, of Greeley Street in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, allegedly in July 2016, in Nashua.
Macario Smith, 18, of Ayers Road in Canterbury, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. On Dec. 23, 2015, he allegedly raped a female subject in Nashua causing “lacerations that required surgical repair,” according to the indictment.
Armand Starkweather, 23, pictured upper center, of McKean Street in Nashua, for felony receiving stolen property ($1,501+). On Aug. 5, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly received four Diablo Angel Rims with tires that were the property of another that had been stolen from that person.
Michael Stevens, 22, pictured lower right, of Main Street in Hancock and/or Cross Street in Nashua, for first-degree assault-domestic violence, and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. In October 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly strangled and struck an intimate partner in the head with his hand causing broken bones to the face.
Robert Symes, 50, of Essex Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl, allegedly on Aug. 24, 2016, in Nashua.
Amanda Tappan, 29, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-psilocin, a felony, and operating after suspension-subsequent, allegedly on Sept. 4, 2016, on Chestnut Street in Nashua.
Darlene Underwood, 41, of Grace Drive in Nashua, for DUI-fourth offense, a felony, as well as driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. On Sept. 14, 2016, she was allegedly driving drunk on Main Dunstable Road in Nashua.
Charles Washington, 21, pictured upper left, of Ulster Avenue in Walden, NY, for burglary and identity fraud. On Sept. 27, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Berkeley Street in Merrimack and posed as another person in order to obtain credit cards in order to defraud.
Kevin Washington, 43, of Dolphin Circle in Nashua, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on Oct. 7, 2016.
Penninah Wood, 40, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, for conduct after an accident, a felony, and theft of services (less than $1,000). On Oct. 19, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly caused an accident with personal injury and fled the scene and also obtained food at Chen Yang Lei and failed to pay the entire bill.
