Former Pelham Athletic Director Indicted On Sexual Assault Charge
Nashua man indicted on burglary charges; Weare man faces ID fraud charge; Jaffrey man, facing attempted murder charge, indicted for arson.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Kimberly Gordon, 43, of Read Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on four felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of acting in concert with Jonelle Anderson and Jada Cruz to steal $1,500 worth of items from Victoria’s Secret on Aug. 17, 2021, and other retail stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and working in concert with Jasmen Taylor to steal $1,000 worth of items from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on Sept. 30, 2021, and $1,500 worth of items from Hollister in Nashua on Feb. 1, according to the indictment.
Thomas Hicks, 53, of no fixed address in Manchester, on a felony operating a motor vehicle while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in a Honda Passport on April 8.

Richard Higgins, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on attempted burglary and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Sunnyside Stop on West Hollis Street in Nashua, Dollar General on East Hollis Street in Nashua, and attempting to burglarize Family Dollar on East Hollis Street in Nashua all on March 22.
Nicholas Houle, 47, of Fieldstone Circle in Weare on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another person to defraud Capital One on March 17 in Hollis.

Kyle Jones, 34, of Stonebridge Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 22 in Nashua.
Cara Kulingsoski, 45, of Hanover Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hudson after twice before being convicted on larceny charges in Massachusetts.
Steven Lawson, 40, of Hunt Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining another person’s Graco Gmaxx II 7900 paint sprayer on April 25 in Nashua.
Omar L. Lewis, 43, of Franklin Street in Rochester on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on May 8 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Anthony Monbleau, 31, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge. He was accused of possessing 9.8 grams of the drug in Nashua on March 8. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug possession charge in April 2014 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Ian Morris, 25, of Skyline Drive in Jaffrey on arson and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of setting two commercial dumpsters and a Market Basket shopping cart on Lowell Road in Hudson on fire on Feb. 9.
James Parker, 25, of Grandview Road in Methuen, MA, on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of kissing a student while the athletic director of the Saint Michael School in Pelham on Nov. 14, 2021.
