Jaffrey Man Indicted On Attempted Murder, Other Charges: Court Docs

Concord man indicted on armed robbery charge; Merrimack man indicted after child assault; Nashua man faces child sex abuse image charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Juan Mejia, 57, of Congress Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and fentanyl, charges on Jan. 23 in Nashua.

Shaun Michaud, 29, of Searles Road in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the head multiple times causing brain hemorrhage and facial fractures. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Accused Of Fracturing Another Man's Face

Anderson Morales Thompson, 26, of Howard Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony sale of cocaine charge on April 1, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in October 2019.

Eric Morreale, 33, of Ivy Drive in Merrimack on second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking a child in the head causing them to fall into a dresser causing swelling and bruising and told two people not to tell anyone about the incident on March 10 in Merrimack.

Ian Morris, 25, of Skyline Drive in Jaffrey on attempted murder, burglary, kidnapping, two first-degree assault, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking a man in the head with a hatchet, holding the man asked his will, burglarizing a home in Litchfield, and asking, “How do you want to die?,” to the victim on Feb. 22. Leah McKim, 56, of Balcom Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of waving a loaded firearm and placing others in danger on Feb. 13 in Nashua.

Moise Ndutiye, 18, of Jennings Drive in Concord on armed robbery, criminal threatening, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening to shoot a Polo Ralph Lauren employee during a robbery at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall on March 2. Juan Negron, 50, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of trying to deprive Edward’s Auto Repair in Litchfield of tires on Nov. 24, 2021.

Ryan Noel, 34, of Reed Street in Hudson on receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a Kawasaki motorcycle owned by another and concealing drugs in his pants in Merrimack on Oct. 28, 2021.

Sean Olivera, 31, of Ledge Street in Nashua on two distribution of child sexual abuse images and two possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies, on Aug. 3, and Dec. 10, 2021, in Nashua.
