Habitual Offender Indicted for Incident in Merrimack
Plus, Nashua woman charged with manufacturing meth; Mass. man faces violation charges for texting Pelham woman.

Hillsborough County Superior Court recently indicted the following individuals:
Damion Garland, 34, of Charles Bancroft Highway in Litchfield, on two felony second-degree assault charges for allegedly strangling another person by the neck on or about June 1, to Aug. 31, 2014, and on Nov. 19, 2014, in Litchfield.
Charlie Genao, 30, of Armory Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge for allegedly pointing a knife at another person and saying, “I’m going to kill you,” on Nov. 16, 2014, in Nashua.

Amber Girouad, 29, of Brook Village Road in Nashua, on a felony attempted manufacturing of a controlled drug for allegedly trying to make methamphetamine in Nashua on Oct. 25, 2014.
Dana Hastings, 27, of Salem Street in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault, two simple assault charges, and resisting arrest. It’s alleged that Hastings strangled as well as kicked and punched a woman in the face on Dec. 28, 2014, in apartment in Nashua.

Jacqueline Henriquez, 42, of Powers Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge for allegedly taking gift cards and merchandise from Sears valued at between $1,000 and $1,500 on Dec. 23, 2014.
Robert E. Hollins, 28, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, on habitual offender felony and possession of marijuana charges. It’s alleged that on Dec. 20, 2014, he was in possession of the drug after being stopped on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack after already being convicted of driving charges in December 2011.
Joshua Infantino, 41, of Power Street in Milford, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge for taking more than $12,000 worth of property owned by a couple in Hudson.
John S. Ives, 21, of Riverdale Road in New Boston, on felony burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges. He allegedly burglarized Majestic Motors on Dec. 15, 2014, and in concert with Richard Nocella, Dylan Ramos, and Tobin Perry, stole aluminum rims valued at more than $1,000.
Lindsay Karos, 23, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of controlled drugs and nine breach of bail charges. It’s alleged that on Aug. 28, 2014, and Sept. 3, 2014, she sold knowingly sold cocaine to another person. The breach charges were based on the alleged drug sales, not being with a person, and residing at a certain address with a certain person.
Matthew Abraham, 30, of Loring Street in Lowell, MA, on six felony violation of protective order charges and two stalking-domestic violence charges after incidents in Pelham for allegedly calling and texting a woman in May 2013. The stalking charges were based on incidents in March 2013.
Tina Ayuso-Ayala, 50, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony sale of controlled drug charge for allegedly selling cocaine to a Nashua Police officer on July 7, 2014, after already being convicted in 1994 of sale of a controlled drug.
Bradley Bernard, 25, of Greeley Street in Hudson, on a felony receipt of stolen property charge for allegedly pawning stolen more than $1,000 worth of tools, a generator, and stilts in Nashua on Aug. 20, 2014.
