Man Allegedly Firing Firearm, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, alleged Nashua car thief indicted, Florida woman indicted for theft, forgery, ID fraud, and alleged Derry jewelry thief also indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Ashlyn Leonard, 29, of Egret Lane in Big Torch Key, FL, for forgery, theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), and identity fraud, all felonies. On March 16, 2016, she allegedly worked in concert with Susana Colon and one other person to utter a check against another person’s bank account in Hudson.

George Lopez, 29, of Burke Street in Nashua, for four counts of a sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, all felonies, allegedly in concert with Alyssa Laberinto, on March 16, and March 22, 2016, in Nashua, as well as March 1, and March 12.

Jillian Marcotte, 30, of Broad Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, allegedly on May 5, 2016, in Nashua.

Paul McCarthy, 37, of Cross Street in Hudson, for four felony reckless conduct counts as well as carrying a handgun without a license. On June 19, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly discharged a firearm near others.

Brian McCombs, 23, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking (a felony, due to two prior convictions in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South) for allegedly removing a vehicle from Hudson on July 20, 2016, as well as possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent. He was previously convicted in June 2015 on a drug charge.

Travis McPherson, 20, of Boulder Circle in Nashua, for receiving stolen property – a handgun while free on bail on another charge – a felony, as well as possession of controlled drug-Oxycodone, while on bail, allegedly on July 26, 2016, in Nashua.

Shelia Medina, 27, of Chautauqua Avenue in Nashua, for attempted insurance fraud. In December 2015 and mid-January 2016, she allegedly made false statements to GEICO about the timing of a collision.

Jerry Merritt, 30, of Pleasant Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on June 23, 2016, in Nashua.

Michael Miller, 66, of Brook Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-cocaine and resisting arrest or detention, allegedly on June 29, 2016, in Nashua.

Kathryn Moalli, 28, of Collettes Grove in Derry, for felony receiving stolen property for allegedly taking control of more than $1,500 worth of jewelry, allegedly on April 4, 2016, in Nashua.

Carlos Morales, 18, of Ash Street in Lowell, MA, for first-degree assault and second-degree assault. On April 18, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly struck a person in the head with a beer bottle.

Reta Morell, 28, with no fixed address in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly in concert with Michel Boucher on June 23, 2016, in Nashua. Morell was previously convicted of a felony drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January 2014.

Justin Murphy, 29, of Gorham Street in Chelmsford, MA, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, heroin, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on Aug. 12, 2016.
