Teen Indicted on Murder, Robbery Charges

Plus, alleged Nashua burglar indicted, man faces child sexual assault charges, and NY woman indicted for forgery in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Dominic Montalvo, 21, currently incarcerated, for felony robbery for allegedly kicking a Macy’s employee on Nov. 13, 2015, in Nashua, in an attempt to flee with merchandise.

Reta Morell, 27, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin), second offense, on July 13, 2015, in Merrimack. She was convicted of possession in January 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Stacey Morrow, 47, of East Hollis Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 24, 2015, she allegedly deprived Brookstone and JC Penny in Nashua of assorted merchandise. She was previously convicted of theft in September 2010 in Nashua District Court and Hillsborough County Superior Court in March 2013.

Junior Moss, 23, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug (marijuana), second offense. On June 30, July 2, and July 7, 2015, he allegedly sold drugs to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police. He was previously convicted of Controlled Drug: Acts Prohibited in March 2014 in Nashua District Court.

Terrence Reardon, 53, of Tote Drive in New Ipswich, for three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between November 2011 and June 2015, he allegedly engaged in a pattern of sexual assault against children.

Jameson Reed, 23, of South Main Street in Derry, was found guilty of controlled drug: acts prohibited on Feb. 2, 2016. He was sentenced to 12 months deferred and then 12 months suspended for an additional 12 months. Reed was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in March 2013.

William Riehl, 31, of Spruce Street in Milford, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on July 10, 2015, in Milford.

Olga Serova, 26, of West Street in Brooklyn, NY, for 11 felony counts of forgery. On Sept. 28, 2015, she allegedly falsely uttered American Express traveler’s checks in another person’s name at the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall in Merrimack.

Jodi Faria, 32, of Market Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly shoplifting more than $1,500 worth of items at the JC Penny in Nashua on April 9, 2015.

Daniel Frost, 25, with a last known address of Whitney Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (fentanyl). On Oct. 20, Oct. 21, and Oct. 29, 2015, he allegedly sold drugs to a cooperating individual working for the Nashua Police. He was previously convicted of possession in June 2015 in Nashua District Court.

Roland Gendron, 49, with a last known address of Wilder Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of burglary. In May 2014, he allegedly broke a window on Jeanottes Market in Nashua and attempted to burglarize the business. In June 2012, he allegedly burglarized ARZ Mini Mart on Lake Street.

Jonathan Goff, 18, of Nashua, for first-degree murder, second-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, all felonies. He allegedly conspired to rob, robbed, stabbed and killed Benjamin Marcum in March 2015.
