Man Indicted for Allegedly Luring Girl on Facebook: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua and Hudson drug dealers, a sex offender, a habitual offender, an alleged drunk driving mom in Merrimack, all indicted.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Andrew Hall, 29, of Hazelton Court in Manchester, for felony habitual offender after allegedly driving in Litchfield on Jan. 14, 2016. He was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October. 2015.

Ernest Hardy, 32, of Manchester Street in Nashua, for certain uses of computer services prohibited and solicitation to manufacture of child sexual abuse images, both felonies. On Jan. 30, 2016, he allegedly engaged with 12-year-old girl for the purpose of getting her to take a naked picture of herself and send it to him. Between Feb. 8, and Feb. 9, 2016, he allegedly attempted to “seduce, solicit, lure, or entice” on Facebook, a different 12-year-old girl, for sexual intercourse.

Daniel Hebert, 59, of Lafayette Road in Hampton, on four felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-second offense (heroin, fentanyl). On Oct. 27, Oct. 28, Oct. 29, and Nov. 10, 2015, he allegedly sold drugs to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police Department. He was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County in April 2014.
Anthony Huckins, 47, of Main Street in Nashua, for felony duty to report, for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender on Nov. 20, 2015, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of duty to report in Grafton County Superior Court in February 2011.
Tyler Hughes, 26, of Speare Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl on May 31, 2015, in Nashua.
Klara Humphrey, 51, with a last known address of Fairmount Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On Feb. 15, 2016, she allegedly removed merchandise that she didn’t pay for from the Kohl’s in Nashua. She was previously convicted of theft in 2010.
Dairon Jimenez-Roja, 25, of Leaning Willow Drive in Austin, TX, for theft by unauthorized taking and fraudulent use of a credit card, both felonies. On Jan. 12, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly used the credit card information of and withdrew more than $6,600 from the accounts of numerous victims and purchased items at Sam’s Club, without their authorization.
Martha Karugu, 28, of Belknap Road in Hudson, for sale of a narcotic drug-second offense (heroin) and conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On Oct. 1, 2015, she allegedly assisted three other people in stealing a school bus from a Nashua company. On Nov. 28, 2015, she allegedly sold two bags of heroin to undercover police officers. She was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in February 2008.
Jessica King, 30, of Hillside Drive in Nashua for four felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (heroin, fentanyl). On Sept. 22, Sept. 29, Oct. 14, and Oct. 15, 2015, she allegedly sold drugs to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police Department.
Tiama Kouassi, 23, of O’Malley Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception. In July 2015, he allegedly cashed two checks that were not valid, for more than $1,500, from the Bellweather Community Credit Union.
Amy L. Lemieux, 27, of Silver Street in Manchester, for aggravated driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled/narcotic drug (amphetamine, buprenorphine). On Oct. 1, 2015, in Merrimack, she was stopped by state police on the Everett Turnpike for allegedly driving under the influence with a child in her vehicle.
