Two from Londonderry indicted for drug dealing, sex offender from Nashua indicted for duty to inform, alleged Hudson child rapist indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January.
Peary aka Perry Merrifield, 42, pictured upper center, of Progress Avenue in Nashua, for duty to inform, a felony. Between December 2014 and October 2016, he allegedly failed to comply with sex offender registration. Merrifield was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a victim under 18 in 2004.

Matthew Michaud, 27, of Langholm Drive in Nashua, for negligent homicide, a felony, allegedly on Aug. 15, 2015, in Hudson, after driving in the wrong lane and striking a motorcycle being driven by David Swierk. Michaud was allegedly “distracted by his cell phone,” according to the indictment.

Rodolfo Mireles, 40, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, for aggravated felonious sexual assault, a felony, for allegedly fondling a girl between January and June 2016, in Hudson, on more than one occasion.
Scott Paradis, 29, of Allard Court in Hudson, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly on Feb. 15, and March 16, 2016, in Hudson and Nashua, to an agent of the Nashua Police Department.
Lindsey Parziale-McDonald, 27, pictured lower right, of Charleston Avenue in Londonderry, for possession with intent to distribute-Clonazepam, and two counts of sale of a controlled drug/counterfeit-heroin, all felonies, as well as possessing prescription drugs-naltrexone. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Nashua in October 2016. She was previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Florida in 2012.
Elisha Payne, 26, pictured upper left, of Summer Street in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone, allegedly on Sept. 13, 2016, in Nashua.
Jameson Reed, 23, pictured upper right, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, allegedly on Aug. 19, 2016, in Nashua. Reed was previously convicted in February 2016 in Nashua District Court.
Rockel Samas, 23, pictured lower left, of Maplewood Avenue in Bridgeport, CT, for two counts of theft by deception, one a felony ($1,501+), for allegedly obtaining liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Nashua and Brookline on July 27, 2016, by using another person’s credit card.
