Man Indicted for Allegedly Shooting Up House, Strangling Woman: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers, a Merrimack habitual offender, and an alleged Hudson sexual assaulter also indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Rodolfo Mireles, 40, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, for aggravated felonious sexual assault without penetration and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly in June 2016 in Hudson, against a girl.

Ryan Moyen, 25, of John Street in Nashua, for felony sale of counterfeit drug-heroin, allegedly on May 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Christopher Nadeau, 35, of Tanglewood Drive in Merrimack, for felony operating while deemed a habitual offender and resisting arrest or detention on May 18, 2016, in Nashua, while allegedly driving on Chestnut Street.

Lawrence Nelson, 31, of Acton Street in Nashua, for felony criminal solicitation to possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine. He allegedly asked a woman to purchase the drug for him on June 8, 206, in Nashua.
Rachael Nickerson, 35, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-heroin, second offense, allegedly on May 5, 2016, to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police Department. She was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in March 2010.
Brian Nieves, 25, of Cleghorn Street in Fitchburg, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on May 25, 2016, in Nashua.
Stephen Oliva, 45, with a last known address of Heon Court in Nashua, for sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, second offense and two counts of sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug-heroin, all felonies, allegedly on Jan. 4, Jan. 12, and Jan. 19, 2016.
David Ouellette, 40, of March Street in Nashua, for five counts of reckless conduct, and felonious use of a firearm, second-degree assault, all felonies, as well as domestic violence and domestic violence-criminal mischief. On May 16, 2016, in Nashua, Ouellette allegedly fired a 9 mm handgun into a television twice, into a gun cabinet, into a kitchen wall, and into a living room wall. He allegedly strangled a woman, pushed her against his truck, and drove his truck through a garage door that belonged to her.
