Man Indicted for Reckless Conduct, Criminal Threatening with Handgun: Roundup
Plus, Nashua man indicted for drug dealing, Wilton man allegedly threatened woman with a knife, and Brookline woman indicted for possession.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Courtney Lannon, 24, of no fixed address, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl on April 28, 2016, in Hillsborough County.

Steven Legatos, 46, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and disobeying an officer, allegedly on Feb. 26, 2016, in Nashua.
Richard Linnell, 47, of Lowell Road in Hudson, for three counts of criminal mischief, reckless conduct, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On June 6, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly smashed a motor vehicle owned by another person with a metal pipe causing more than $1,500 worth of damage, drove a Chevy Blazer at a high rate of speed into an SUV that belonged to another person, and shut the power off at a residence while having no right to do so. He also allegedly threatened a person with a pipe while yelling.

Joshua Lobas, 21, of Mammoth Road in Pelham, for reckless conduct-deadly weapon and criminal threatening-deadly weapon, both felonies. On March 2, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly pointed a handgun at another person.
Samantha Lussier, 26, of Shattuck Lane in Brookline, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin on April 21, 2016, in Nashua.
Sean Martel, 33, of Summer Street in Milford, for four counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, three a felony. On May 1, 2016, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of Buprenorphine, heroin, cocaine, and marijuana.
Matthew Maynard, 26, of Pleasant Street in Wilton, for domestic violence-reckless conduct, domestic violence-criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal restraint, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief. On June 20, 2016, in Wilton, he allegedly threatened a woman and forced her to barricade herself in a room. The indictment alleged that he then stabbed the door with a knife. He also allegedly kicked the door, threw food, and damaged furnishings.
Hector Melendez-Roman, 35, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, second offense, allegedly on April 9, 2016, in Nashua. He was convicted for possession of a controlled drug in February 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Jeremy Menendez, 27, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for two counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, subsequent, and criminal liability to the sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, subsequent. He was previously convicted of a controlled drug act in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in September 2011.
