Alleged Nashua Drug Dealers Indicted
Plus, murder, robbery suspect Stephan Peno indicted and Mass. teen indicted for felony forgery.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough Superior Court in August 2015:
Jesus Medina, 55, of Ash Street in Nashua, for two counts of sale of a narcotic drug and criminal liability to sale of a narcotic drug, all felonies, connected to incidents on March 12, March 18, and March 23, 2015, involving alleged fentanyl and heroin sales in Nashua.

Jeremy Menendez, 26, of Avon Drive in Nashua, Alicinanna Montalvo, 20, of Thayer Court in Nashua, Jesse Nohelty, 24, of Second Avenue in Nashua,
for felony riot after an incident on April 26, 2015, in Nashua.

Desmond Mighty, 26, of Landing Circle in Windsor, CT, for four counts of kidnapping and a single count of criminal restraint, all felonies, as well as possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) and false imprisonment. The charges stem from an incident on June 17, 2015, involving the attempted kidnapping of 17-year-old girl at the Merrimack Premium Outlets. The false imprisonment charge stems from an incident in Nashua on Sept. 29, 2014.
Shai-Ann Molina, 19, of Rivers Edge Road in Lowell, MA, on two counts of felony forgery charges from Oct. 9, and Oct. 10, 2014, for allegedly passing counterfeit $20 bills at the Shell gas station on Main Street and Christmas Tree Shop in Nashua. Kianna Moudarri, 19, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of criminal liability to forgery for allegedly assisting Molina.
Tiffany Moses, 39, of Lincoln Avenue in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly attempting to steal merchandise from Target in Nashua on June 17, 2015. She was previously been convicted of theft in 2012.
Michael Nadworthy, 35, of Silver Drive in Nashua, for two counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, all felonies. On May 18, and sometime between Feb. 1, and May 17, 2015, he allegedly returned bottles of Fuel Additive to the Cumberland Farms in Nashua that he knew were stolen. He was previously convicted in 2003 and 2006 of theft.
Anthony Nieves, 22, of Oak Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of sale of narcotic drug, second offense, allegedly involving heroin on March 2, March 9, March 12, and March 18, 2015, in Nashua.
Stephan Peno, 21, of Ash Street in Nashua, for second-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. Peno is alleged to have murdered Benjamin Marcum by repeatedly stabbing him with a knife during a robbery on March 12, 2015, in Nashua.
Zachary Person, 23, of Old Wellington Road in Manchester, for two felony possession of controlled drugs, second offense, charges for allegedly selling fentanyl and suboxone in Nashua on May 23, 2015.
Jason Poloski, 37, of Wilson Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug, second offense. On June 12, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly was in possession of suboxone, alprazolam, and heroin.
