Merrimack Man Indicted for Strangling, Threatening Woman

Plus, MA man charged with strangling, assaulting NH woman; burglary, heroin possession indictments also issued.

The following people were indicted in July in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Ronald Medeiros, 29, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felony burglary after allegedly breaking into a residence in Nashua on May 17, 2015.

Troy Melvin, 27, of Joselin Road in Milford, for possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) and possession of a controlled drug (Zolpidem/Ambien), both felonies on June 9, 2015, in Milford.

Robert Merrill, 30, of Knowlton Road in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) and attempted possession narcotic drug (heroin), both felonies, on Aptil 7, 2015, in Nashua.

Robert McDougall, 52, of Manchester Street in Nashua, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and solicitation to felonious sexual assault. Between December 2008 and December 2010, it’s allegedly touched a girl under 13 and forced her to touch him while watching pornography.

Curtis Milbourn, 26, of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence. It’s alleged that on May 10, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly assisted Ryan Brennan in reportedly moving the body of Richard Boucher from an apartment to a set of stairs for the purpose of impairing an investigating into his death.

Zachary Noonan, 23, of London Street in Lowell, MA, for two counts of felony second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as criminal threatening, criminal trespass, three counts of simple assault-domestic violence, and false imprisonment-domestic violence. On May 18, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly strangled a woman, struck her three times, and threatened to kill her.

Christian Noury, 19, incarcerated, for felony armed robbery. He allegedly held a knife against a woman on or between April 14, and April 15, 2015, in Nashua.

William O’Bryant, 29, of Hansom Drive in Merrimack, for two felony counts of second-degree assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts of domestic violence, and criminal threatening. On April 21, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly strangled a woman, slapped her in the face, stomped on her foot, stated “if she called the police he would take the officer’s gun and shoot her in the face, or words to that effect.”

Wayne Scott O’Brien, 21, of Souhegan Street in Milford, for burglary and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On April 28, 2015, in Milford, he allegedly burglarized a home on Souhegan Street and believing an official investigation was pending, purposely concealed a backpack near a rock and under broken branches. The backpack reportedly contained stolen items including a laptop computer.

Tyler Paquin, 19, of Main Street in Nashua, for felony burglary for allegedly breaking into an Echo Avenue in Nashua residence on Jan. 10, 2014.

Alyssa Parker-Roberge, 33, of Baboosic Lake Road in Amherst, for felony possession of controlled drug (oxycodone) on March 17, 2015, in Nashua.

Angela Peno, 39, of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly working in concert with Zachary Grandmaison to take control of a heating and cooling unit from Lake Street in Nashua.

Samantha Perkins, 27, of Cross Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. On April 10, 2015, she allegedly drove a vehicle with children as passengers after ingesting heroin. On May 1, 2015, in Nashua, she was charged with possession.
