Lowell Man Charged with Domestic Violence for Allegedly Choking Woman in Nashua
Zachary Noonan, 23, was arrested Wednesday.

Nashua police on Wednesday charged a Massachusetts man with choking a woman and threatening to kill her.
Zachary Noonan, 23, of 101 London St., Lowell, was charged with second-degree assault (domestic violence).
Police said on Tuesday, they responded to a location in Nashua for a report of a woman who had been assaulted by Noonan. Police said he choked the woman and threatened to kill her.
