Alleged Cop Assaulter, Forger, Others Indicted: County Court Roundup
Pelham habitual offender indicted for drugs, Sandown man indicted for allegedly using car as a weapon, Derry teen indicted for burglary.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Anielo Acosta Suri, 39, of North Road in Brentwood, for falsifying physical evidence, conspiracy to commit forgery, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, three counts of receiving stolen property, and three counts of accomplice to forgery, all felonies. On Jan. 20, 2017, Suri allegedly agreed with Shakira Candelaria and Yunior Salas Herrera to utter checks on the accounts of Newstress and Tonoga and then destroyed fraudulent checks and a cellphone, according to indictments.

Derek Arnold Jr., 23, of Marsh Road in Pelham, for habitual offender and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, heroin subsequent, all felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension. On Dec. 22, 2016, he was allegedly driving on Lenox Road in Derry and was in possession of drugs. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted in the District of Columbia.
Anthony Baez, 29, of Brook Street in Lowell, MA, for three felony counts of criminal threatening as well as driving or operating the influence of drugs or liquor, driving after revocation or suspension, two counts of simple assault on a law enforcement officer, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, and conduct after an accident. On Jan. 7, 2017, he alleged drove on South Broadway in Salem while intoxicated and crashed his 2010 Ford Taurus near Mattress Firm. Baez also allegedly head-butted and kicked officers and held up a gun to the window of a vehicle that a woman was a passenger in, according to the indictment.

Jonathan M. Balamotis, 25, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, for dispensing a controlled drug-fentanyl subsequent, a felony, allegedly on Aug. 24, 2016, in Exeter. According to the indictment, he has previously been convicted in court.
Kelly Barry, 31, of Second Street in Dover, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 19, 2017, in Greenland.
Jessica Beaulieu, 25, of Cheyenne Drive in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on Dec. 23, 2016, in Candia.
Mark Beaulieu, 46, of Hemlock Circle in Sandown, for two felony counts of reckless conduct, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief. On Nov. 2, 2016, he allegedly cut off other vehicles on Depot Road in Hampstead, struck another vehicle, and stopped and began arguing with people in other vehicles.
Sydney Belanger, 18, of Route 28 Bypass in Derry, for felony burglary, criminal threatening, and two counts of accomplice to criminal mischief. On Nov. 2, 2016, on Ferland Drive in Derry, Belanger, allegedly in concert with Erica Hall, burglarized and damaged the residence, and threatened people in the residence, according to the indictment.
