Nashua Teen Indicted On Kidnapping, Domestic Violence Charges: Superior Court

Man faces multiple stalking charges; Milford man accused of burglary, theft; man indicted on felon with weapon, drug charges in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Matthew Erwin, 38, of Kimball Street in Manchester on stalking-domestic violence and four stalking charges. He was accused of texting, emailing, and calling a protected and intimate party, and requesting assistance through a third party to contact a protected party on June 6 in Nashua after previously being convicted on a stalking charge Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 2020.

Steven Floyd, 32, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of methamphetamine on May 1 in Nashua.

Jeffrey Gagne, 36, of Dewey Street in Manchester on a felony operation after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Wilton after being deemed a habitual offender on July 4.

Matthew Gerlach, 47, of Seames Street in Manchester on a felon in possession of a deadly weapon-brass knuckles and possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and para-fluorofentay mix, charges, both felonies on Dec. 20, 2021, in Merrimack. He is a felon due to an escape charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in March 2017.

Moneika Graham, 37, of Cawfield Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Hollister Company in Nashua on April 14. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted twice before on theft charges in Cambridge, MA.

James Gray, 54, of Timothy Lane in Hudson on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on June 9 in Nashua.

Stephen Ham, 56, of Whitten Road in Milford on burglary and two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Codex in Nashua on Aug. 1 and stealing more than $1,000 as well as a Blink Outdoor Battery Powered Security camera owned by Daansen USA on Aug. 14. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on robbery and theft charges in 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Zacharie Hart, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies, on June 22 in Nashua.

Zachary Howard, 18, of Marshall Street in Nashua on kidnapping, reckless conduct-domestic violence, falsifying physical evidence, and three domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a firearm to get in a car or he would shoot up their house and die as well as other comments and discharging a firearm on May 29 in Nashua. Howard was also accused of concealing the firearm by placing it under a couch to impair an investigation.
