Alleged South River Road Negligent Homicide Drunk Driver Indicted: Roundup
Doc: Escaped inmate caught in Bedford, alleged rapist, Weare residents indicted on drug charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Deng Chol Mabor, 39, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, currently incarcerated, for negligent homicide-DUI, two counts of aggravated DUI, reckless conduct, manslaughter, and negligent homicide, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief. He was allegedly driving drunk on South River Road in Bedford on July 29, 2016, when he struck a fence, lost control of his Nissan Altima, and caused the death of a passenger.

Ian Murphy, 36, of Simone Street in Manchester, for five counts aggravated felonious sexual assault, three counts of sexual assault, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies, as well as two counts of simple assault, allegedly on May 16, 2016, in Manchester, against a physically helpless woman and another individual.
Joseph Gelinas, 31, of South Stark in Weare, for conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly in concert with Megan Graham, on April 26, 2016, in Manchester. Megan Graham, 26, of Mountain Road in Weare, was also indicted for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl from April 26.

Matthew Gerlach, 37, pictured upper left, of the Calumet Halfway House in Manchester, for felony escape allegedly on June 9, 2016.
Michael MacMaster, 35, pictured upper center, of Cartier Road in Manchester, formerly of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, with intent to distribute, and three counts of acts prohibited. He allegedly sold heroin and fentanyl to an individual working with the Manchester Police Department on Aug. 3, Aug. 4, and Sept. 8, 2016.
