Nashua man indicted for DWI after incident on Everett Turnpike, Boston man allegedly strangled woman in Hudson, woman faces ID fraud charge.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Timothy Coutu, 25, of Granite Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on April 27, 2016, in Nashua.

Jennifer Dion, 34, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, subsequent, on April 5, and May 13, 2016, in Nashua. She was previously convicted in Nashua District Court in July 2010.
Joshua Dube, 43, of Sheridan Street in Nashua, for aggravated DWI, habitual offender, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, after an alleged incident on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on June 12, 2016.

Clem George, 36, of Linwood Street in Hyde Park, MA, was for three felony counts of second-degree assault-strangulation, allegedly on April 30, 2016, in Hudson, against a woman he was in a relationship with.
Joseph Girouard, 28, of Chester Road in Derry, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on March 15, 2016, in Nashua, and felony sale of a counterfeit drug on April 6, 2016, in Nashua.
Jay Gladstone, 59, of an unknown address, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, allegedly on May 5, 2016, in Nashua.
Travis Gladstone, 21, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly on March 8, 2016, in Nashua.
Jennifer L. Gonsalves, 32, of Plummer Street in Manchester, for felony identity fraud. In December 2015, in Litchfield, she allegedly defrauded another woman of several goods by signing her name.
Fredy Guardado, 23, of Ash Street in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, sale of a counterfeit drug, sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, possession of a counterfeit drug with intent to dispense, possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense, and common nuisances controlled drug (for allegedly maintaining a dwelling which resorted in a drug dependent person for the purpose of the illegal keeping of the narcotic drug crack cocaine), all felonies. The incidents allegedly occurred in February and March 2016, in Nashua.
