• New Hampshire businesses weigh in on new wave of US-imposed tariffs on Canada (wmur.com) — A Merrimack brewery is already feeling the squeeze from new U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods, with can prices fluctuating and worries about other supplies. Other New Hampshire businesses that depend on Canadian customers or imports are also reporting fewer visitors and rising costs, as Canada prepares retaliatory tariffs starting Sept. 8.

• 'It was a good thing for him': Hundreds of clients, staff hit by Easterseals NH program closures (nepm.org) — Easterseals NH is closing its adult day programs in Manchester and Rochester and ending in-home care statewide, affecting hundreds of vulnerable clients and caregivers.
