Nashua man indicted on theft charge out of Merrimack, sex offender indicted for not registering in Hudson, Hull man indicted for bike theft.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Christy Fernandez, 38, of East Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing items from Kohl’s in Nashua on Nov. 18, 2017.

Hannah Fraser, 34, lower right, of Broad Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 30, 2017, in Nashua.

Richard Frias, 26, of Heon Court in Nashua, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on streets in Nashua on Nov. 9, 2017.

Steven Fucci, 47, middle right, of Broad Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 30, 2017, in Nashua.

Brian M. Gillis, 28, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone on Nov. 15, 2017, in Nashua.

Edward Goodwin, 54, upper left, of Route 4A in Lebanon, for felony duty to report. On Feb. 5, 2016, he allegedly failed to registered with police in Hudson as required.

David Greenblatt, 47, upper middle, of Bay Ridge Drive in Nashua, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and tampering with witnesses, all felonies. He allegedly assaulted an intoxicated teenager on Aug. 10, and Aug. 11, 2017, in Nashua. On Aug. 19, 2017, he allegedly attempted to induce the mother of the teenager to make the case “go away immediately” or he would call DCF on her and have her other children taken away.

James Haley, 34, upper right, of Spinnaker Hill Lane in Hull, MA, for felony receiving stolen property – bicycles – allegedly on Nov. 7, 2017, in Nashua.

Christopher Hayes, 35, lower left, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine allegedly on Oct. 12, 2017, in Nashua.

Jeffrey Heaps, 42, lower middle, of Auburn Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – GPS units owned by Second Wind BMW in Merrimack – as well as forgery and theft by deception – less than $1,000 allegedly between March 1, and Sept. 30, 2016.
