Men Indicted for Sexually Assaulting Nashua Girl

Plus, a Mass. man is indicted for nearly crashing a stolen car into another car and a Hudson man is indicted for DWI, drugs.

The following people were indicted in August 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Michael Donlon, 32, of Beechwood Road in Hudson, for DWI-subsequent offense, operating after suspension, two counts of felony possession of a narcotic drug-second offense (heroin, suboxone), and possession of a controlled drug-second offense (hydromorphone). He was arrested on June 8, 2015, in Nashua after allegedly driving a vehicle upon the parking lot of a business at Daniel Webster Highway and Spit Brook Road. He was previously convicted on the drug charges in 2009.

Peter Ducharme, 43, of Columbia Street in Lowell, MA, for felony reckless conduct, felony receiving stolen property, and disobeying a police officer. In December 2014 in Pelham, he allegedly drove a stolen Toyota Tercel on Pulpit Rock Road in the opposite lane and nearly struck another vehicle.

Rony Encarncion-Guzman, 20, of Nevada Street in Nashua, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and criminal liability to reckless conduct, all felonies. On April 13, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly drove a vehicle while chasing another person. A passenger in his vehicle, Ryan Mateo, allegedly fired a gun at that second vehicle.

Bryan Espinal, 25, of Pine Street in Nashua, for felony riot after allegedly being involved in an April 26, 2015, incident in Nashua.

Chad Everette, 37, of Willow Street in Manchester, for three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-second offense. While in Nashua on March 26, March 30, and March 31, he alleged sold heroin to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police. He was convicted in November 2012 of sale of a narcotic drug-second offense.

Joshua Farnum, 22, of Main Street in Greenville, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a girl who was more than 13 and less than 16, between November 2013 and January 2014 in Nashua.

Daniel Frost, 24, of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-second offense. On May 20, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly possessed 12 plastic bags of heroin amounting to about 2.3 grams of the drug. He was convicted of possession in May 2013.

Andrew Gillis, 26, of Oak Street in Ashland, MA, was arrested on felony second-degree assault for allegedly punching a man in the face in Hudson causing an abscess and protracted impairment to the man’s health.

Jordan Gingras, 22, of Pearl Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On July 10, 2015, she allegedly shoplifted more than $1,500 worth of sunglasses at the Saks Off 5th in Merrimack.

Theresa Gonzalez, 34, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, MA, for two counts of identity fraud and fraudulent use of a credit card, all felonies. In December 2014, she allegedly obtained the Social Security number of a Hudson resident, created a General Auto insurance account, and then used her debit card to obtain insurance.

Edward Goodwin, 52, of Meriden Road in Lebanon, for two counts of felonious sexual assault. Between January 2010 and December 2012 in Nashua, he allegedly fondled and engaged in sexual activity with a girl who was under 13.
