Woman Indicted On 3 Distribution Of Child Sexual Images Charges: Court

Man faces ax handle attack charges; Milford man accused of strangulation; Manchester men indicted on theft, bad checks charges in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

James Albert, 38, with a last known address of Allied Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $2,578 worth of merchandise from Polo Ralph Lauren at the Merrimack Outlets Mall on Dec. 7, 2021.

David Bielunis, 34, of Rice Avenue in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Temple Street in Nashua on April 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

William Bradley, 46, of Ramsey Street in Manchester on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of writing a check for $1,000 in Merrimack knowing there would be insufficient funds in the Santander Bank account.

Floyd Bristol, 35, of Fletcher Street in Nashua on first-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of attacking another man in the head with an axe handle and concealing the handle to impede an investigation on Feb. 26 in Nashua. Bristol is a felon due to a criminal threatening conviction in Grafton County Superior Court in November 2008.

Nicholas Brochu, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Hannah Chick to steal $1,655.16 worth of items at Target in Nashua on March 2.

Todd Bulliner, 39, of Lake Street in Nashua on second-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking another man in the eye with his MAG Tactical AR-15 causing a laceration and firing a round near a residential apartment complex on March 7 in Nashua.

Robert Schultz, 31, of Capron Road in Milford on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 5 in Milford.

Paul Silvera, 43, of Union Street in Lawrence, MA, on criminal liability for conduct of another-controlled drug act and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and buprenorphine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with Edward Whitney to facilitate a drug sale in Nashua on Jan. 6.

Erin Taylor, 24, of Kessler Farm Drive in Nashua on three felony distribution of child sexual abuse images charges. She was accused of knowingly possessing videos with intent to transfer them between Aug. 21, and Sept. 30, 2021.
