Hooksett Man Indicted On Kidnapping, Gun Threat Charges: Roundup
Convicted Concord, Weare thieves indicted again; accused Andover meth, cocaine dealer faces more charges; felon faces weapon, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Amanda Bailey-Roberge, pictured lower right, 33, of River Road in Weare, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing merchandise from Sam's Club in Concord on July 9 after twice being convicted of theft.
George Beaton, 52, of Concord Gardens, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He's accused of stealing items from Market Basket as well as a purse on Aug. 17 in Concord after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Maurice A. Belmore Jr., 54, of North Pack Lane in Greenfield, on habitual offender and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He's accused of receiving a Ford F-250, owned by the Hanover Hill Nursing Home in Hooksett, and driving it on Hooksett Road on Oct. 10.
Jason E. Benoit, 42, of Claremont Avenue in Manchester, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 6 in Canterbury. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in September 2016.

David J. Bielunis, 31, of Elm Street in Northfield, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Elm Street in Northfield on Aug. 29.
Brian Bilodeau, upper left, 60, homeless, on two felony duty to report charges. He's accused of not registering his whereabouts with Concord police in May and August. He was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in August 1991.
Donald Boisvert, 49, unknown address in Manchester, on possession of a controlled drug-meth, possession of a controlled drug-meth with intent to distribute, and possession of a narcotic drug-tramadol and fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on Aug. 31. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in July 2016.
Danny Bordeleau, lower left, 42, unknown address in Hooksett, on kidnapping, two criminal threatening, and criminal restraint charges, all felonies. He's accused of threatening a woman with a firearm while she was driving, handcuffing her, and forcing her into his home on Aug. 27 in Hooksett.
John Siemanowicz, 43, of Apple Crest Lane in Andover, on four counts of sale of a controlled drug-meth, four counts sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, and receiving stolen property-a handgun stolen from Franklin in May 2019. The drug dealing charges stem from incidents in June and July in Andover.
Rachelle Smith, 30, of Gage Street in Boscawen, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-hyrdocodone charge on June 23 in Boscawen.
Wayne R. Smith, upper right, 44, homeless, on robbery and burglary charges, both felonies. He's accused of robbing and pushing a woman, and burglarizing a room at the Lun Hing Motel in Concord on Aug. 3.
Justin Sowa, 29, homeless, on convicted felons-large fixed blade knife, possession of a controlled drug-meth, and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charges, all felonies on April 20 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a felony charge.
