Man from Mont Vernon Indicted for Dealing Drugs in Milford

Plus, allegedly Nashua assaulter indicted for choking, beating woman, Temple man indicted for burglary, Maine man indicted for drugs.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

Nicole Archambault, 34, of Allds Street in Nashua, for felony possession of controlled drugs (crack cocaine) in Nashua on Aug. 1, 2015.

Nicholas A. Badaracco, 24, of Brown Road in Temple, for felony burglary. On Aug. 30, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a property on Brown Road in Temple.

Tyler Bott, 21, last known address of Pine Street in Nashua, formerly of Merrimack, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Aug. 19, 2015, in Nashua.

Ashley Bowes, 27, of Pine Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony forgery. On Jan. 16, and Jan. 29, 2015, she allegedly defrauded a woman and St. Mary’s Bank in Nashua of $350.

Henry Bellemare, 48, currently incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord, for felony habitual offender and false public alarm, a misdemeanor. On April 20, 2011, he allegedly drove a vehicle on Mammoth Road in Pelham. On Oct. 20, 2015, he allegedly called Pelham Police and reported that an individual named “Misty” had been operating a rolled over vehicle in which he was locating causing police to believe that Misty was in need of assistance, according to the indictment.

James Brown, 29, of Atkinson, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (6-monacetylmorphine) on June 13, 2015, in Nashua.

Julie Cook-Murtagh, 43, of Hall Avenue in Nashua, for felony burglary. On Aug. 10, 2015, she allegedly entered a dwelling in Nashua for the purposes of stealing items.

Prema Cornia, 22, of West Point Loma Boulevard in San Diego, CA, and/or Boxford Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (alprazolam and hydrocodone) and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On July 11, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly stole a pair of black Harley-Davidson boots from Alec’s Shoe Store. She was allegedly in possession of pills at the time of the arrest.

Andrew Cotton, 27, of Alba Street in Portland, ME, for possession of narcotic drug (fentanyl) and attempted possession of narcotic drug (heroin), both felonies. The attempted possession incident allegedly occurred on June 28, 2015, in Nashua; the possession incident allegedly occurred on Aug. 28, 2015, in Nashua, and involved plastic bags of the drug while he was sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle.

Devin Coutu, 21, of Salvail Court in Nashua, currently incarcerated, for felony possession of controlled drug (clonazepam) and theft by unauthorized taking, “enhanced misdemeanor,” for allegedly depriving Family Dollar of items on Aug. 24, 2015, in Nashua. He was allegedly in possession of the drug at the time of the arrest.

Nick D’Augustine, 53, of Salisbury Road in Mont Vernon for four counts of felony sale of narcotic drug (oxycodone and suboxone). On Jan. 1, Jan. 30, Feb. 4, and May 14, 2014, in Milford, he was allegedly involved in the drug sales.

Kevin Davidson, 30, of Robinson Street in Lowell, MA, for felony sale of receiving stolen property. Between April 4, and May 12, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly knowingly pawned stolen jewelry in excess of $1,500.

John Deboe, 49, of Michigan Avenue in Manchester, for felony robbery for allegedly hitting a man in the head while he was attempting to steal numerous items from Macy’s Department Store in Nashua on March 26, 2015. “Mathew Avallone was aware of this force being used,” according to the affidavit.

Jordan Dorsey, 31, of Merrimack Street in Lawrence, MA, for aggravated felonious sexual assault. On June 9, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly used threats against a girl to get her to submit to his sexual requests.

Devin Dozier, 28, of Fenwood Street in Nashua, for second-degree assault-domestic violence, a felony, and two counts of misdemeanor domestic violence. On Aug. 18, 2015, in Nashua, Dozier allegedly choked a woman, slammed her head against a wall four or five times, and held her by the shoulders and slammed her against a wall twice.

Samantha Dumond, 26, of Lake Street in Nashua, for felony possession of narcotic drug (heroin) on Aug. 20, 2015, in Nashua.
