More Nashua Armed Robbery Suspects Indicted In Hillsborough County: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Man accused of insurance fraud; Mass. and NH drug dealing suspects indicted; Goffstown woman indicted on rental vehicle charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Yesther Pascual, 20, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on armed robbery and burglary charges, both felonies. Angel Gabriel Pascual, 20, of Beacon Street in Nashua on a criminal liability to burglary charge, a felony. They were indicted after an armed robbery and burglary incident in an apartment on Kinsley Street in Nashua on March 1. Ryan Quiroin, 38, of Harris Road in Nashua on a felony criminal liability to theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of assisting Corey Riel in stealing a mountain bike from Lowell Road in Hudson on Dec. 6, 2021.

Ashley Reeves, 30, of Mountain View Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. She was accused of selling methamphetamine in Nashua in September, October, and November 2021.

Deyni Reyes-Perez, 35, of Broadway Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. She was accused of transporting 5 grams of the drugs with intent to sell or dispense on June 15 in Nashua.

Ashley Rhodes, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge from June 2 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in July 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jake Rosati, 23, of Cannongate Road in Nashua on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of defrauding Progressive Insurance by submitting a claim for an accident before he filed to reduce his deductible and then altering the accident time on Jan. 24 in Nashua.

Adam Rumley, 24, of General Miller Road of Peterborough on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 17 in Nashua.

Andrew Sanders, 37, of Burns Hill Road in Nashua on a possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense, a para-fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix, charge on June 13 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2020.

Randy Scanlon, 47, of Tyler Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 23 in Nashua.

Kathleen Schou, 33, of Abbey Lane in Goffstown on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rental property charge. She was accused of not returning a U-Haul vehicle on June 25 in Nashua.

Ian Sherman, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua on theft by deception, forgery, and two identity fraud charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering checks on the accounts of two other people and pretending to be a third person while cashing a check in Nashua on Jan. 28.
