6 Swept Up By Nashua, Hudson Police In Operation Granite Shield
Litchfield, Manchester, Mason, and Nashua residents were arrested on various charges during the past week.

NASHUA, NH — Operation Granite Shield was underway in Nashua again this week leading to the arrest of six people.
The Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, the Problem Oriented Policing Unit, and the Hudson Police Department participated in a coordinated roundup of the half a dozen suspects.

Patrick Cook, 56, of Cutler Road in Litchfield was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence.
Oscar Chavarin Cortez, 32, of Gilman Street in Nashua was arrested for possession of a controlled drug and identity theft.

Ashley Christopher, 37, of Depot Street in Mason was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled drug, possession of marijuana-infused products, and resisting arrest and detention.
Jeffrey Riel, 42, of Walnut Street in Nashua was arrested for possession of a controlled drug.
Cameron Moglia, 31, of Reed Street in Manchester was arrested on an electronic bench warrant as well as disobeying an officer, operating without a valid license, and reckless operation.
Alexandra Morris, 32, of Amherst Street in Nashua was arrested for criminal trespass.
Cook, Christopher, Moglia, Morris, and Riel were released on personal recognizance bail pending future arraignments in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Chavarin Cortez was released on $300 cash bail pending his future arraignment in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District. Christopher was arrested in 2020 during a Granite Shield sweep.
