Man Faces DUI Charges After Crash With Plow Truck: Roundup
State police: Madbury tractor-trailer crash sends trucker to the hospital; Massachusetts teen arrested on stolen property, driving charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Chichester man was arrested on his second drunken driving charge Saturday after a head-on crash on Route 4 with a New Hampshire Department of Transportation plow truck, according to New Hampshire State Police. Troopers from Troop D were sent to the highway after receiving a report of a two-vehicle accident around 1:30 a.m. When they arrived, investigators learned the crash involved the department of transportation truck and another vehicle.
"An investigation revealed that a NHDOT pickup truck was traveling westbound on Route 4 when it encountered a vehicle traveling eastbound, which had crossed over the double yellow lines and into its lane of travel," according to Sgt. Vincent Grieco of Troop D. "Attempts to avoid the vehicle were unsuccessful and they both collided head-on."
The truck driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, Dylan Beaudet, 25, of Chichester, was also taken to the hospital. He was later arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence and DUI-subsequent.

Assisting state police were Chichester and Epsom police officers, Chichester fire and rescue teams, and the department of transportation.

Bay State Trucker Involved In Crash
A 59-year-old Chelsea, Massachusetts, man was taken to the hospital Friday morning after a crash on Route 9, according to state police. Troopers were sent to Littleworth Road in Madbury around 5:45 a.m. for a report of a tractor-trailer accident.
"Weather and road conditions caused it to leave the roadway and overturn," Lt. John Hennessey of Troop A said about the incident.
Route 9 was closed for a number of hours while the crash was investigated, the scene cleared, and a utility pole repaired. The driver was taken to Frisbee Memorial Hospital in Rochester for minor injuries.
Troopers were assisted by Madbury firefighters, the transportation department, Eversource, and Alan's Diesel.

Jenna Lang, 41, of Madbury, was arrested on Dec. 12, 2019, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. She was arrested on Route 16 South in Dover.
Corey Crawford, 30, of Hampton, was arrested on Dec. 12 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on Interstate 95 South in North Hampton.
Natasha Oelschlager, 32, of Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant on Dec. 11 on Route 125 in Rochester.
Cameron Moglia, 29, of Nashua, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension and a child restraints violation on I-95 South near Exit 2 in Hampton on Dec. 9.
Daniel Garcia Mejia, 52, of Auburn, Maine, was arrested on Dec. 8 on DUI, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, driving after revocation or suspension, driver's license prohibitions, and disobeying an officer charges on I-95 South in North Hampton.

Kathleen Parmenter, 36, of Goffstown, was arrested on Dec. 12 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on I-93 North in Windham.
Devin Deschene, 24, of Derry, was arrested on Dec. 11 on reckless operation, uninspected vehicle, and unregistered vehicle charges on I-93 South in Derry.
Gerard McPhail, 38, of Nashua, was arrested on Dec. 10 on a conduct after an accident charge on I-93 North in Manchester.
Casey Drouin, 18, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Dec. 8 on driving after revocation or suspension, operating without a valid license, receiving stolen property, and receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charges, a felony. He was also cited for misuse of plates. Drouin was arrested on I-93 South in Derry.
Brianna Ramos, 22, of Boston, MA, was arrested on Dec. 8 on an operating without a valid license charge and a misuse of plates violation on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 1 in Nashua.
Randy Owen, 60, of Manchester, was charged with motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device on I-293 in Manchester on Dec. 8.
Joseph Pereira, 34, of Pembroke, was arrested on Dec. 7 on driving after revocation or suspension and conduct after an accident charges on the Everett Turnpike North in Bedford.
Jacob Brady, 28, of Manchester, was arrested on operating without a valid license and disobeying an officer charges on I-93 South in Londonderry on Dec. 7.
Alex Kenney, 27, of Nashua, was arrested on Dec. 6 on DUI and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.
Ryan Wood, 32, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Dec. 6 on a DUI charge as well as a driving on a divided way; crossing a median violation on Rockingham Park Boulevard in Salem.

Thomas Whitcomb, 31, of Sheffield, Vermont, was arrested on I-93 North in Sanbornton on Dec. 12 and charged with felony habitual offender, driver's license prohibitions, felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin/crack, and two possession of controlled drug charges.

Kelly Crawford, 48, of Springfield, VT, was arrested on Dec. 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-89 North in Sunapee.
Kathleen McCarey, 44, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Dec. 11 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on Logging Hill Road in Bow.
Ramon Susana, 25, of Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 11 on DUI and speeding-16 to 20 mph over 55 limit charges on I-93 South in Concord.

Darcie Hall, 39, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant on Dec. 9 on I-93 South between Exit 12 and Exit 13 in Concord.
Zachary McKenna, 22, of Hooksett, was arrested on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges as well as an open container violation on I-93 North in Bow on Dec. 8.
Grant Jorgenson, 22, of Upton, MA, was arrested on I-89 South in Hopkinton on Dec. 7 on a DUI charge as well as an open container violation.
Trisha Ricker, 33, of Rye, was arrested on two bench warrants on Dec. 6. She was arrested on the northbound Hooksett Rest Area on I-93.
Jonathan Leblanc, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 12 on a bench warrant on Route 3 in Stratford.
