Accused Arsonist, Liquor Thief, Rolex Thief Indicted: Log
Hudson man accused of attempted murder via arson; Detroit man accused of identity theft; Nashua man accused of stealing cognac and scotch.

NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were handed down at Hillsborough Superior Court-South in October.
Giovanni Flores, of Hudson, was charged with Class B felony assault. He is accused of assault by the way of strangulation in Hudson in August. Nashua police also charged Flores with felony assault for stalking and attacking a woman in Nashua in April.
Saraya Fotheringham, of Massachusetts, was charged with two counts of Class B felony drug possession. Fotheringham is accused of possessing cocaine and fentanyl in Hudson in August.

Bobby Gagnon, of Nashua, was charged with Class A felony duty to inform as a registered sex offender. He is accused of failing to inform Nashua police of a change of residence.
Dewayne Harold Gayles, of Detroit, was charged with Class A felony identity fraud and attempted theft. He is accused of using a credit card not in his name to purchase a Rolex watch at the Jared’s Jewelers in Merrimack in August. He is also accused of using a fake driver’s license to attempt to purchase a Rolex watch valued at $9,100 at the Kay Jewelers in Merrimack in August.

Kevin Gordon, of Merrimack, was charged with Class A felony drug possession second offense. Gordon is accused of possessing methamphetamine in Nashua in August after having previously been convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.
Nicholas Guerrero, of Nashua, lower left photo, was charged with Class A felony receiving stolen property in excess of $1,500. He is accused of keeping a Volkswagen he knew had been stolen in Nashua in September.
Joshua Gullage, of Milford, was charged with Class A felony drug possession subsequent offense. He is accused of knowingly possessing fentanyl in Hudson in August having previously been convicted of drug possession at Hillsborough Superior Court-South in 2011.
Gerald Gutekunst, of Hudson, was charged with Special felony attempted first-degree murder and arson. He is accused of attempted murder by intentionally starting a fire inside an apartment on Central Street while the victim was asleep in Hudson in April.
Gregory Halverson, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony drug possession. He is accused of knowingly possessing methamphetamine in Hollis in August.
Brian Hayward, of Nashua, upper right photo, was charged with two counts of Class B felony theft with two prior convictions. He is accused of stealing a bottle of Hennessy Cognac and a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black from the New Hampshire State Liquor store in Nashua in August. He was previously convicted of receiving stolen property in New Hampshire in 2016 and theft in New Hampshire in 2016.
James Hooper, of Hudson, was charged with Class B felony operating a motor vehicle as a certified habitual offender. He is accused of driving on Central Street in Nashua in July after the New Hampshire Department of Safety in the Division of Motor Vehicles certified him as a habitual offender in 2000.
Syed Hoque, of Brooklyn, New York, lower right photo, was charged with Class A felony receiving stolen property. He is accused of receiving more than $1,500 from the Digital Federal Credit Union in Hudson knowing that it was probably stolen.
