Nashua Woman Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Roundup

Amherst man indicted on drug charge; Bedford woman accused of stealing scratch tickets; numerous drug indictments in Hillsborough County.

NASHUA, NH — The following people have been indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Justin Greenwood, 42, lower right center, of Caron Avenue in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 18, 2019, to an agent of the Nashua Police Department.

Nicholas Guerrero, 24, far left, of Denton Street in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-heroin charge on Jan. 24, to an undercover Nashua police officer.

Christopher Hayes, 36, lower left center, of Chandler Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge on Oct. 30, 2018, involving a 200 GB USB drive and arrowheads from Walmart in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in September 2008 and receiving stolen property in February 2012, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Keith Herbert, 41, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony habitual offender charge. He accused of driving on Milford Street in Brookline on April 27. The NH DMV suspended or revoked his license for habitual offender in February 2006.

Jesse Heselton, 38, incarcerated, formerly of Rice Avenue in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine charge on March 21, in Nashua.

Paul Johnson, 31, upper center right, of Copp Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of habitual offender from Feb. 28, in Hudson, and March 8, in Nashua. He was certified as a habitual offender in December 2012.

Malinda Jones, 28, upper far right, of Newton Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of criminal threatening. She is accused of pointing a gun at others in Nashua on April 14.

David Lau, 35, upper center left, of Avenue D in New York, New York, on felony attempted theft by deception. He is accused of working in concert with Philp Yeung to present fictious business documents to Verizon Wireless in Nashua to obtain iPhones valued at more than $1,500 on April 11.

Andrew Lavoie, 32, upper far left, of WillowLane in Amherst, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on May 25, in Nashua.

Cheryl Lawson, 32, of Endinburgh Drive in Bedford, on felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She is accused of stealing New Hampshire Lottery scratch tickets from the Speedway in Nashua on March 26. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft by deception in November 2013, in Nashua Circuit Court, and February 2016, in Merrimack County Superior Court.
