Nashua Man Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Log

NASHUA, NH — Armando Alamo Nieves, 46, of Pine Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 11, 2019, on domestic violence-stalking and breach of bail charges.

Merari Echevarria, 34, of Chestnut Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on July 11, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Michael L. Pacheco, 33, of Bittersweet Road in Nashua, was arrested on July 10, on a false report on a motor vehicle accident charge.

Leslie Martinez-Diaz, 38, homeless, was arrested on July 2, on two domestic violence-stalking charges on July 2.

Daniel J. Charland, 58, of Mason Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 2, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and driver's license prohibitions.

Nicole Hope Buchanan, born July 1982, of Main Street in Colebrook, was arrested on June 30, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court as well as driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration.

Freddie Donnell Spence, 50, of Kendrick Street in Nashua, was arrested on June 29, on driving after revocation or suspension, driving without giving proof, and suspension of vehicle registration charges.

Jesse Michael Theriault, 31, of Factory Street in Nashua, was arrested on June 29, an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at an arraignment.

Anthony Carpinelli, 26, of Century Way in Merrimack, was arrested on June 28, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court, an electronic bench warrant for nonpayment of attorney fees, and an out-of-town warrant.

Bobby Lee Gagnon, 61, of Bell Street in Nashua, was arrested on June 27, on a capias warrant and an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.
