Accused Cruiser Thief, Drug Dealers, Sex Offenders Indicted: Log
Nashua man accused of stealing cruiser, biting officer; Hudson man accused of failure to report web activity as a convicted sex offender.
NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were handed down at Hillsborough Superior Court South in October.
Oscar Alicea, of Nashua, was indicted on Class A felony theft charges. He is accused of stealing a Nashua Police cruiser in June despite an officer's attempt to stop him. He was also indicted on four Class B felony reckless conduct charges for driving the cruiser toward women, as well as the officer, putting them in harm's way of potential injury, and for robbery and Class A misdemeanor assault for biting the officer in process of stealing the cruiser.
Andrew Atkinson, of Nashua, was indicted on Special felony charges of pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile under age 13 over an extended time between June 2013 and June 2018.

Robert Ayles, of Nashua, was indicted on Class B felony criminal mischief charges. He is accused of trying to commit injury when he purposefully drove his vehicle into a Hudson police cruiser in February.
Jorge Bello, of Manchester, was indicted on Special felony charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and amphetamine in Pelham in May.

Patrick Boily, of Nashua, was indicted on Class B habitual offender charges. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle on Amherst Street following a license suspension in August.
Danielle Brogna, of Laconia, was indicted on Special felony sale of a controlled drug charges. She is accused of selling less than a gram of heroin to an undercover Nashua officer on three occasions in February and March. She has been previously convicted of selling drugs.
Bruce Broome, of Hudson, was indicted on a Class B felony charges of failure to report as a registered sex offender. He is accused of failure to report social media registration as required as a registered sex offender from a 2011 conviction in September. He is accused of failure to inform of his creation of a Plentyoffish.com accounts “ArtisticPhysicalWisdom” and “BruceyB3000.”
Brian Boucher, of Nashua, was indicted on a Special felony charge of selling a controlled drug. He is accused of selling fentanyl to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on three occasions in February. He was previously convicted of selling drugs in 2015.
Michael Cabot, of Hudson, was indicted on Class B felony witness tampering and Class B felony stalking charges. He is accused of convincing a witness to testify falsely in the case of an assault charge filed against him in Nashua in May. He is also accused of violating a protective order against him having previously been convicted of stalking in 2018.
Melvin Campbell, of Nashua, was indicted on felony drug possession charges. He is accused of possessing a bag of white powder, which included cocaine, in Nashua in September. He is also charged with possessing with intent to sell 44 grams of marijuana.
