NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Daniel Kalinowski, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of attempted second-degree assault. He was accused of moving his body toward a steep embankment by the Nashua River after two officers grabbed him to place him under arrest on April 28 in Nashua.
Moses Kuol, 34, of Hevey Street in Manchester, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling another person in Merrimack on Nov. 15, 2025.
Keith Lafond, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on May 6, 2024, in Nashua, and buprenorphine on Jan. 5 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in February 2021 in Hills North.
Jerome Lemieux, 42, of Temple Street in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing tools from two people valued at more than $1,500 in Nashua on July 10, 2025. The drug charge stemmed from an incident in Nashua on Sept. 23, 2024.

Khrystal Rose Lynch, 42, of Sullivan Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-crack cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine on Feb. 11 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled premises where drugs were kept in Hills North in February 2024.
Richard Marchant, 36, of Orchard Drive in Hooksett, was indicted on a felony count of pistols & revolvers, convicted felons. He was accused of possessing a Walther CCP .38 handgun on Jan. 20 in Merrimack. Marchant is a felon due to a conviction in Hills South in October 2015.
Lindsey Marchant, 35, of Orchard Drive in Hooksett, on pistols & revolvers, convicted felons and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing a Walther CCP .38 handgun and emptying a bag of white powder onto her lap and brushing it on the floor of a vehicle to impair an investigation on Jan. 20 in Merrimack. Marchant is a felon due to a conviction in Hills South in July 2015.
Amber Mochrie, 41, of Elm Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Jan. 14, 2025, in Nashua.
Adam Money, 37, of Cathedral Lane in Hudson, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on April 30 in Nashua.
