Nashua Man Indicted In Restaurant Shooting Case: Superior Court Roundup

Nashua woman indicted on 3 crack cocaine sale charges; MA man faces strangulation charge; Hudson man indicted on drug charges in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Eric Inglis, 36, of Danforth Road in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on May 24, 2021.

David Jones, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 12 in Nashua.

Kyle Jones, 35, of Stonebridge Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 22 in Hudson.

Nathan Jones, 44, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 29 in Nashua.

Kemi Josey-Jones, 43, of Worcester Street in Nashua on three felony sale of crack cocaine charges. She was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on Feb. 13, Feb. 17, and Feb. 18, 2020.

Jennifer Judd, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 16 in Nashua.

Daniel Kalinowski, 39, of Groton School Road in Ayer, MA, on a receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a truck belonging to another person in Greenville on May 31.

Dennis Kelley, 44, of Spring Street in Cambridge, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges. He was accused of uttering and cashing a fraudulent check on a Kitchen Techniques account in Nashua on June 28.

Robert Kissane, 51, of Lily Court in Hudson on five felony possession of a controlled drug charges-cocaine, clonazepam, amphetamine, buprenorphine, and meth on April 20 in Merrimack.

Andrew Lennartson, 25, of McKean Street in Nashua on first-degree assault, reckless conduct, and two attempted first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a person inside a restaurant and within close proximity to multiple people and pointing a gun at a person on June 12 in Nashua.
