Armed Career Criminal, Drug Dealer From Nashua Gets 15 To 30 Years In Prison On Charges

CONCORD, NH — An armed career criminal has been sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison, as well as suspended sentences, on drug and gun charges.

Daren Innie, 55, of Nashua, was sentenced Friday on armed career criminal, felon in possession, and three drug distribution charges. In June 2022, he possessed a revolver and a blackjack, weapons he was not allowed to possess due to being a felon after an acts prohibited conviction out of Manchester from 2005. Innie also possessed 625 grams of fentanyl and 225 grams of methamphetamine.

Innie received a 10- to 20-year sentence on the armed career criminal charge and three to six years on the gun charge. He also received a five-to-10-year sentence on the distribution charges. The drug dealing and gun charge will be served concurrently with the career criminal charge served consecutively. Innie also received a 10- to 20-year sentence on another distribution charge, which will be suspended for 10 years upon release from prison.

Innie was indicted on the charges in 2022.

Along with the Nashua police, the attorney general’s office and the U.S. DEA were involved in the investigation.
