Concord Man Accused Of Child Endangerment In Nashua
Cops: Martin De Los Santos solicited lewd photos from a person he thought was a child under 13 he knew and then traveled to visit with them.

NASHUA, NH — A capital region man was arrested on felony charges yesterday by police in the Gate City. Martin De Los Santos, 43, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested on June 20, 2019, and charged with certain uses of computer services prohibited and endangering the welfare of a child. On June 19, police initiated an investigation of De Los Santos after he began "communicating with a person he believed to be a child" under the age of 13, according to Lt. Daniel Mederos of the criminal investigation division of the Nashua Police Department.
"This child was known to De Los Santos," Mederos stated. "During the course of the investigation De Los Santos solicited lewd images from the person De Los Santos believed to be this child."
De Los Santos was arrested on Thursday after traveling from his apartment in Concord and arriving in Nashua, according to Mederos. Detectives with the Nashua Police Department investigating this incident are also members of the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, he noted. De Los Santos faces up to 27 years in prison and fines if convicted.

De Los Santos refused bail and was scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on June 21.
Two years ago, according to a post on Patch, De Los Santos was arrested in Nashua after police received a report that he had tattooed two 14-year-old girls.

During the investigation, police alleged that he had sexually assaulted one of the victims on multiple occasions and also engaged in a sexually explicit conversation with one of them through a messaging app on Facebook.
Later that year, while still living in Nashua, he was indicted computer services prohibited and endangering the welfare of a child, both felonies, as well as two sexual assault charges and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
