Man Indicted For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Teen, Endangerment

Plus, Amherst man indicted on drug charge, Hudson man indicted on boat parts money scam, Nashua sex offender indicted on reporting charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in October 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Brandon Couillard, 24, of Plaistow Road in Plaistow, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing televisions from Walmart on June 21, 2017, in Hudson.

Paul Cram, 48, upper right, of Country Club Drive in Manchester, for felony habitual offender allegedly on North River Road in Milford on Sept. 11, 2017.

Thomas Cuddy, 32, of Highland Drive in Amherst, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 10, 2017, in Hudson.

Martin De Los Santos, 41, lower left, of Summers Street in Nashua, for certain uses of a computer services prohibited and endangering the welfare of a child, both felonies, as well as two sexual assault charges and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. On July 20, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly used Facebook messenger to engage in sexual activity with a teenage girl, fondled her, and touched her.

Joel Ducharme, 38, of Farley Ball Road in Temple, on two habitual offender counts, possession of a controlled drug-Xanax, and reckless conduct after allegedly driving on the Webster Highway in Temple at a high rate of speed.

David Eldridge, 64, of Riviera Road in Hudson, for felony theft by deception for allegedly obtaining $3,000 from two people to purchase boat parts he never bought on June 23, 2017, in Hudson.

Troy Estabrook, 36, of Colby Road in Litchfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on July 27, 2017, in Nashua.

Joshua Farnum, 25, lower right, of Gorham Avenue in Nashua, for duty to report and duty to inform, both felonies, for allegedly failing to communicate with Nashua Police about his registration and residence on July 7, and July 30, 2017.

Anna Gaidmore, 27, of an unknown address, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Zolpidem allegedly on Aug. 1, 2017, in Nashua.

Dakota Gladstone, 19, lower middle, of Ash Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, LSD allegedly on March 6, 2017, in Nashua.
