Lawrence Man Accused Of Strangling, Biting Intimate Partner: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua stalker charged again; felon indicted on gun, pot distribution, other charges; Brookline man faces arson, threat indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Mohammed Diaby, 21, of DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,501 worth of Ulta Beauty merchandise in Nashua on Nov. 19, 2023.

Izaiah Escalona, 22, of May Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling and biting the eye of an intimate partner on March 10 in Nashua.

James Feller, 52, of Old Milford Road in Brookline on attempted arson, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He poured a flammable substance on the floor of a building in Brookline belonging to another person while looking for a lighter and threatening Brookline police officers after grabbing a gun to create a standoff while intoxicated on March 30, according to indictments.

Anthony Fiore, 46, of Groton Street in Dunstable, MA, on a felony perjury charge. He stated in court on Oct. 23, 2023, in Nashua, that he called the chief of the Pepperell Fire Department on Aug. 22, 2022, when the call was actually made on Nov. 1, 2022, and was in violation of a restraining order, according to the indictment.

Austin Fredette, 25, of Maple Street in Wilton on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with the Wilton Police Department between Feb. 4 and March 8. He is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 conviction from May 2021, according to the state database.

Daniel Ganley, 27, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on aggravated felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault-extended term charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping a woman on Dec. 30, 2023, in Nashua.

Melissa Graves, 48, of Pemberton Road in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and crack cocaine charges, on June 23, 2023, in Nashua.

Alan C. Grogg, 43, of Lake Street in Nashua on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, reckless conduct, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute-more than 5 pounds, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of discharging a metal projectile into another person’s apartment as well as possessing the drugs and a rifle on Feb. 25 in Nashua. Grogg is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in July 2022.

Natalie Nunez, 37, of Faxon Street in Nashua on reckless conduct-domestic violence and domestic violence charges. She was accused of threatening and striking an intimate partner in the face by throwing a knife at them on April 11, 2023, in Nashua.

William Rodriguez, 53, of Lawrence, MA, on five felony sale of a controlled drug counts. He was accused of selling buprenorphine and fentanyl in Hudson on June 21, June 23, June 28, July 30, and Aug. 7, 2018.

Roberto Roig-Nieves, 28, of Vine Street in Nashua on two felony stalking-domestic violence charges. He was accused of texting and calling an intimate partner on Dec. 18, 2022, in Nashua. Roig-Nieves was previously convicted of stalking in November 2021 in Nashua District Court.
