Nashua Man Indicted On 3 Strangulation Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Theresa Copello, 29, of Coles Grove Road in Derry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on March 8 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a controlled drug charge.

Timothy Dearborn, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony attempted burglary charge. He was accused of trying to force open a window at Malley Electric on Central Street in Hudson on April 5.

Jason Dow, 29, of Logan Avenue in Orange Park, Florida, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge in Nashua on April 7.

Christopher Farias, 42, of Lochmere Circle in Tilton on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over $5,150 owned by another person in Nashua on April 25, 2022.

Michael Field, 41, of Chadwick Circle in Nashua on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a Glock 26 handgun at a man and woman in Nashua on April 10.

Charles Foote, 57, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Everett Turnpike in Nashua on April 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Felecia Forbes, 34, of no fixed address on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 6 in Nashua.

Christopher Garofolo, 39, of Everett Street in Nashua on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 22 and Oct. 13, 2022, and March 19 in Nashua.

Kyle Gerrish, 24, of Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 30 in Nashua.

Melissa Graves, 47, of Pemberton Road in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, clonazepam, meth, and benzonatate, charges on March 7 in Nashua.
