Nashua Felon Indicted On Weapon, Drug Charges: County Court

Plus: Milford man indicted on stolen vehicle charges; Natick MA man indicted on hammer threat charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Dustin Gagnon, 34, of Blossom Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges. He was accused of selling the drug to another person on March 15, March 24, and April 13 in Nashua.

Mark Garneau, 60, of Nevada Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice charge. He was accused of providing his vehicle, which was used as a getaway car after an incident in Hudson on July 3.

Jennifer Gavin, 24, of South Chelmsford Road in Westford, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of depriving Tulley GMC of cash during a sale on Feb. 1, 2020, in Nashua.

John Goss, 43, of Nashua Street in Milford on felony theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a 2007 F-150 pickup truck belonging to Stellar Motor Group in Milford on July 2 and July 5.

Lindsay Groves, 36, of Maple Avenue in Hudson on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. She was accused of filing a false fraud investigation about transactions from her account on July 27, 2020, in Hudson.

Alan C. Grogg, 41, of Lake Street in Nashua on felon in possession of a deadly weapon and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-morphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a Beretta pistol in Nashua on Aug. 18. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge.

Timothy Hanson, 37, of East Evergreen Road in Natick, Massachusetts, on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening a man and a woman with a hammer on Aug. 8 in Nashua.

Stephany Hartford, 33, of Brown Avenue in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on April 8 in Nashua.

Jacqueline Henriquez, 49, of Cherry Street in Nashua on possession of crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and concealing it in her pants to impair an investigation on Aug. 5 in Nashua.

Hadley Jones, 37, of Paget Drive in Hudson on reckless conduct, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of exercising control of a four-wheeler and a Ford truck and speeding recklessly where people were present in Hudson on Aug. 2 and a Chevrolet Equinox on July 31 in Hudson that was damaged.

Emily Stormy Kerton, 36, of Concord on a felony crack cocaine charge. She was accused of possessing the drug on May 19 in Merrimack.
