Nashua, Milford Teens Indicted On Drug Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Wilton man indicted on child sexual assault charges; Dracut man accused of rape, burglary; Nashua man faces knife assault charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were handed down recently by the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Brandilee Cottrell, 28, pictured left, of Barker Road in Stratham, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge from March 13, 2019, in Merrimack.

Megan Cullen, 31, lower right, of Commercial Street in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and methamphetamine on March 1, in Nashua.

Thomas Eosue, 21, upper right center, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin or a synthetic opioid. Police accuse him of driving Breauna Groves to a location in Nashua so that a drug sale transaction could take place on March 26.

Raeshawn Ferguson, 36, lower left, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-heroin/fentanyl charge on May 15, in Nashua.

Katelyn Ferguson, 19, lower left, of Eric Avenue in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug; acts prohibited-meth on April 18, in Nashua.

Nicole Flanagan, 18, upper right, of Boxwood Circle in Milford, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, to an undercover officer working with the Nashua Police Department on April 11.

Joshua Fournier-De Jesus, 31, upper left center, incarcerated in the Valley Street Jail, on first-degree and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He is accused of striking another man with a knife, cutting the man's ear, an injury that required surgery at Brigham & Women's Hospital.

Austin Fredette, 20, of Maple Street in Wilton, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault without penetration and felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between June 1, and Aug. 30, 2016, he is accused of fondling and touching a girl in Wilton.

Alejandro Garcia, 21, of Amherst Street in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of choking another person on June 18, 2018, in Litchfield.

James Garon, 44, of Dracut, Massachusetts, on burglary, 11 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, six counts of attempted violation of a protective order, and attempted witness tampering, all felonies. On April 2, he is accused of burglarizing a home on Mammoth Road in Pelham and raping a woman. Other rape charges were issued after an incident at the same address on March 9. Between April 6, and April 20, he is accused of speaking to a family member and stating that he would be much better off if the victim dropped the charges and "someone needs to speak to (her)" on his behalf. On April 22, and April 23, police accuse Garon of attempting to call the victim numerous times. Previously, according to the court, he was convicted of violation of a protective order in Salem District Court in April 2019.
