Nashua Man Indicted On False Personation, Reckless Conduct Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Nashua man accused of firing a gun insidea building; Milford man indicted on theft charge; Mass. man indicted on stolen Merrimack SUV case.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Brooke Lynch, 43, of Fordway Street in Derry on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl charges, on Aug. 24, 2023, in Pelham.

Bryan Mateo Perez, 23, of Lessard Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun in an apartment building in Nashua on Nov. 2, 2022. Learn more about this case here: Nashua Man Accused Of Firing Gun Through Apartment Floor

Morgan Maynard, 31, of Orchard Street in Milford on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of presenting himself as a property manager and having checks made out to him in Hollis on June 16, 2022.

Cesar Medina Morales, 23, of East Luzerne Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 20, 2023, in Nashua.

Martin Mullen, 36, of Broad Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining control of a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan that he probably knew to be stolen in Merrimack on Nov. 10, 2023.

Jeremy McKenna, 38, of Amherst Street in Nashua on false personation and three reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of claiming to be a U.S. Marshal in Nashua on Oct. 10, 2023, and demanding a person exit a vehicle. On Oct. 8 and Oct. 10, in Nashua, he was accused of driving a vehicle as a deadly weapon, placing three other people in danger while crashing into other vehicles. Ilyass Nabih, 36, of Haines Street in Nashua on motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on West Otterson Street in Nashua on Aug. 31, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
